The resort was very nice but do not recommend for solo travelers.

在雨林裏，環境還不錯，當然蚊子也多…飲食一般吧，不驚艷也不算難吃，服務我覺得蠻一般的，不太主動積極而且會比較經常打擾休息，隔音也不好，大半夜或者大清早的被吵醒過好幾次，最不喜歡的是把好幾衹海豚囚禁在一個小小的泳池裡…總之是非常商業化沒有什麼人情味的酒店

Beautiful resort, the food is not bad but the rooms need some tlc we had an issue with our rooms our bathroom shower drain clogged, and my kids room had ants and the thermostat was messed up they sent maintenance and tried fixing it and refused to give us a different room until the next morning we woke up to water dripping from the ceiling finally my husband had enough and he demanded another room. That was not a great experience at all.

The property was clean and the beach staff were very attentive. Booking reservations for the ala carte restaurant was a challenge and we never could make reservations. The food at the buffet was ok as far as buffets go. The view from the room of the ocean was wonderful and relaxing to sit out on the balcony at night. The size of the resort made you plan ahead to make sure you did not forget anything in your room. Our room was a 1/4 mile from the beach, 1/2 mile from the lobby and buffet and 3/4 mile from the gym. A lot of walking. Overall it was very nice and we would stay again.

Would recommend this resort. Staff was amazing. Always friendly and courteous. Constantly cleaning. Never had a bad meal at any buffet or al a carte. Pools were clean and big. Bar staff was quick and the lazy River was a short but relaxing ride. The beach BBQ and taco stand was amazing. Roof top bar was a nice touch. We would definitely book there again

Such an awesome stay! Facilities were great, almost never any lines, and many staff always available to help with any of our needs. Shout out to our concierge team: Tony, Isaac, Fernando, and Derek - always available and wanting to help make out stay better! Also at guest services, Alejandro and Dianna helped make our stay extra-special. Even the manager Edgar got us one last a-la-carte reservation. Warm, professional, and courteous all around!!!

Loved the overall stay. The food was just okay and the room would not cool, making for sleepless nights. The beach was wonderful and the view from our room was great. We will definitely return.

I really liked the staff all very nice and helpful, especially Edgar. He went above and beyond to help us get dinner reservations fixed after some technical difficulties. The wildlife on the resort was so cool. This was my our second time there and no complaints, very clean, and fun resort!!
