It was a terrible experience, I couldn't even stay there, i changed the hotel and off course i lost the money i paid for the reservation $32 .the trip.com won't give a chance to check the hotel before making your reservation and pay .
the hotel pictures online are fake, it doesn't represent the actual hotel. It is in very narrow street, has no parking for cars, you have to park your car far away ( 30 minutes walking distance)in unsafe street, no elevator you have to carry your bags by yourself upstairs 3 stories high, the room window open directly to the next building dirty wall. The room is very small, the bathroom with Blake mold all around the edges and corners, it's disgusting.
Don't go there, don't west your money and your time.

I had a water pipe in my room with noise that doesn't help you sleep. The hotel is super expensive for what you get. Old and not very comfortable beds. The location was in a local area in the center with no view at all. There are way better and cheaper options around, avoid it.

Had to walk with my luggage a long distance down side streets as there is no access for a taxi to pull up outside hotel. Hotel dirty and staff were rude

The staff here made the stay incredible! The airline lost one of our bags and the hotel manager went to the airport himself to pick it up for us. They provided insight and recommendations for things to do in the area.
Room was comfortable for a week and had everything we needed.

Room was very small pictures on site did not look the same, bathroom needs major improvement toilet falling apart, shower falling apart and mold growing in it, ac does not cool properly, Chedili was nice to me but was rude to my guest, on-site food was way overpriced, they take advantage of their guest. Would not recommend this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff,very clean hotel and room with shower perfectly equipped.confortable and quiet bed central location and very good placed is ideal for exploring the city,Heating central with wifi and Tv very good breakfast varried and acceptable
