Great hotel in the historic center of Úbeda. Tricky to arrive by car, but they have their own garage for a little extra. The rooms are great and spacious. Bathroom is perfectly equipped. Their pool area is nice and helpful to cool down on a Spanish hot afternoon. Personnel was always friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back!

This hotel is very much worth its money. The rooms are spacious and have big beds. Breakfast is good. Service very helpful and professional. The underground parking garage has a big enough elevator to get most cars in but the parking spaces are as most of the times small.

We were pleasantly surprised. The room was a decent size and was comfortable and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very good – close to sites we wanted to see and restaurants, the two we ate at turned out to be good and reasonably priced. You can park right under the hotel, a convenience. We ended up finding a handicapped spot a bit away, but what the heck it was free. The room rate was very reasonable at $75, total. Breakfast was additional, 8 euros each, I believe and was very disappointing with very limited and mediocre choices, although I did manage to get them to make me some scrambled eggs after a couple of attempts, because I think they had quite a bit of difficulty understanding my English. I would go elsewhere for breakfast, if you can find a place. The only weak link here.

Excellent location with parking. When I arrived and was shown my room I was very disappointed it bore no resemblance to pics on web site, it was dark and lacked anything that would make me want to stay in it. I approached the staff and he could see nothing wrong with it, but I was eventually allocated a new room. The new room was fine, it was light and clean and had everything i needed. Sadly the restaurant was closed, which would have been fine if i had been given prior notice, now there are enough decent places to eat within a short walk of the hotel. The other thing to realise is that the hotel closes its front door at 11.00 pm and gives you a key code for entry.

Tengo que reconocer que,después de solucionar un problema de ruidos en la habitación, la estancia ha sido estupenda!! Si bien no es un hotel con encanto, sí hay que destacar la simpatía y el buen hacer de los trabajadores. En todo momento nos hemos sentido muy bien acogidos y se agradece.

Hotel correcto situado en el centro histórico de Úbeda. Cuando se hizo la reserva por teléfono se pidió aparcamiento para dos vehículos REMARCANDO QUE ERAN FURGONETAS DE OCHO PLAZAS. A la llegada nos enteramos de que no podemos aparcar en el hotel pues los vehículos acceden al parquing por un ascensor en el que no caben las furgonetas. La situación del hotel en una estrecha calle del casco viejo, con el legítimo paso de vehículos de vecinos, convirtió en un caos inenarrable la operación de desembarcar ocupantes, equipajes y volver a salir de la calle para buscar aparcamiento. Lo mismo por la mañana siguiente para cargar a la salida del hotel. El establecimiento, a riesgo de perder la estancia, debía haber avisado del problema y no lo hizo. Muy mal.

Palazzo storico nel cuore di UBEDA, arredato con mobili d'epoca ma perfettamente restaurati. La stanza è enorme con un letto matrimoniale, costituito da due, materassi altissimo e durissimo, OTTIMO. Armadio grande, frigobar, tv e un grazioso balconcino. Bagno con un enorme doccia e buoni prodotti per la cura della persona. Colazione essenziale e completa, frutta, salato, cornetti e ciambelline ... Parcheggio interno all'albergo,
