The hotel is in the central history of Ubeda. So, we left the hotel and found the most beautiful views of the city. Also, many restaurants/bars with delicious tapas. The room was perfect for us, with AC, a pleasant shower and a comfortable bed. The owner of the hotel was so helpful over the phone and when we met him, giving us information about the city."

"A decent hotel located in the historic centre of Úbeda. When the reservation was made by phone, parking for two vehicles was requested, STATING THAT THEY WERE EIGHT-SEAT VANS. Upon arrival we found out that we could not park at the hotel because the vehicles access the car park via an elevator that does not accommodate vans. The location of the hotel on a narrow street in the old town, with the legitimate passage of neighbours' vehicles, turned the operation of disembarking occupants, luggage and leaving the street again to look for parking into unspeakable chaos. The same thing happened the following morning to load up at the exit of the hotel. The establishment, at the risk of losing the stay, should have warned of the problem and did not do so. Very bad."
