Ha sido una buena estancia,camas cómodas y aunque un poco retirado del centro se puede aparcar en la calle delante del hotel que en Úbeda es complicado

We were given a room on the second floor overlooking the swimming pool and garden where a bouncy castle is situated for parties. Unfortunately for us we had a very disturbed night with guitar playing and out of tune singing from below which went on till 2.00am. The room is fine though the shower is temperamental and can soak the bathroom as it spins out of its wall attachment! It is advertised that English is spoken but it isn't and trying to navigate the menu for dinner is a nightmare. I would suggest that an English translation is obtained. Google translate is helpful but not always accurate. Ubeda is an interesting city with many beautiful buildings and is well worth a visit though the hotel is about a thirty minute walk to the old town centre. The museum of St John of the Cross is particularly interesting as is a tour of the small mediaeval synagogue.

Tiene 4 estrellas pero realmente debería tener 3. El desayuno es escaso y pobre. Las habitaciones y los baños anticuados. La localización en las afueras al lado de un Carrefour y una gasolinera, andando para llegar al centro se tarda más de media hora. Las camas limpias pero los colchones hundidos. No volvería a este hotel.

Buena cama y mejores almohadas. Todo muy limpio. Los amitie? Escasos para ser un 4*, una pena. Comida y desayuno excelente, servida en mesa. Adjunto foto del desayuno para 2. Los curasanes recien hechos. Vale la pena coger P.C. o M.P., porque hay buena oferta de tapeo y restaurantes.

Celebré el bautizo de mi hijo en el Hotel Ciudad de Úbeda. He de decir que la celebración fue mejor de lo esperada. En cuanto a la organización fue muy profesional, supieron atender mis severas exigencias antes del convite y no olvidaron ninguna de ellas en celebración. Pasamos un rato muy agradable en familia. Lo cual sin duda, repetiría! Muchas gracias por su profesionalidad.

Las habitaciones son inmejorables, comodidad, amplitud, clima. Pero la comida es pésima, el desayuno con escasa variedad, la cena de baja calidad. Recomendaría hospedar sin pagar ningún tipo de comida. Comer fuera del hotel es mucho mejoe

Comida infame! Después de tantas opiniones negativas poco podemos decir. No sé si la comida que nos dieron sólo es para grupos del IMSERSO, ya que es tan pésima e infame que no creo que se atrevan a darla a todos los clientes que se alojan en el hotel y no son del IMSERSO. Ya sabemos que tienen poco margen con nosotros pero creemos que si creen que son tan pocos los beneficios que les queda, nosotros no tenemos la culpa y no nos merecemos ese tipo de comida tan nefasta. Agua amarilla con dos trozos de patata nadando por el plato y el segundo plato más de lo mismo. Ni un día proteína ni pescado. Los camareros hacían equilibrios para no tirar el liquido del plato ya que sólo era eso..., liquido y aún así algunocaía sobre alguno de nosotros. A mí me tiraron dos veces el plato por encima. El hotel correcto, limpio y en orden. El personal también correcto.

Estuvimos en un viaje del Inserso del 20 al 25 de Enero. El hotel, aunque anticuado, no está mal. La comida completamente nefasta, incomible la mayoría de los días. Platos llenos de grasa, fríos y mal cocinados . De ejemplo una cucharada de ensaladilla con mahonesa de bote y de segundo un guiso con dos patatas , butifarra, morcilla y chorizo. Todo bañado en grasa, imposible de comer bien personal para atender el comedor. Te miran por encima del hombro y que conste que hemis pagado el precio que nis han pedido. Si no les interesa que no cojan gente del IMSERSO y cierren el hotel. Si están abiertos es porque les interesa. Absolutamente vergonzoso. Pedí vino blanco, el que tuvieran y solo traían semidulce, y una botella para ocho personas. Cuando decidí pagarlo a parte lo tenía todos los días en la mesa. Sin comentarios, una auténtica vergüenza. Deberían hacérselo mirar. Par no volver
