Horrible experience! If you are planning on staying here and have a car, be very careful.
Their parking lot is always full and you will have to park a few blocks away. Very inconvenient.
Also if you request a late checkout they will only give you if you pay an additional fee which was outrageous. They have no customer service whatsoever. They really need to look up the work Hospitality and start providing that to all there guest.
Hopefully they resolve these issues soon!

항상 쓰는 후기지만 주차장이 협소해 늦으면 외부주차장가야하는 것 빼고는 다 좋습니다. 물론 호텔에서는 최대한 플랜비로 잘 유도하지만요;;

주차장 미비
투숙객에게 주차요금도 받고 주차장협소로 외부 주차하고 걸어다니는데 어이가 없었습니다 이런 호텔 난생처음.
조식은 종류가 적진 않은데 먹을게 없었습니다
고기종류 하나도 안들어가고요 투숙객들 대부분 엘베 안에서 조식 부실 이야기...
주차장부지 확보 못하는 대형체인호텔 너무 실망.
