Bana aniden özel fiyatlı park yerlerinin otoparkta kullanılamayacağını söylediler. Personel mi yoksa sahibi mi bilmiyorum, ama baştan beri ses tonlarından dolayı hayal kırıklığına uğradım ve moralim tamamen bozuldu. Durumu açıklayıp, park yeri olmadığı için beni yakındaki bir otoparka yönlendirmeleri gerekirdi, ama bunun yerine hemen arabamı başka bir yere park etmemi söylediler... O kadar iğrençti ki, günde 5.000 won olmak üzere 4 gün için toplam 20.000 won ödedim... Bu yer gerçekten berbat ve bir daha asla oraya gitmek istemiyorum... Baştan özel fiyatlı odalar için park yerinin şu veya bu nedenle kullanılamayacağını açıklasalardı, bu kadar kötü hissetmezdim... İş seyahatimi berbat bir şekilde bitirdim. Bu yeri kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum."

"The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. There is a terrible odor coming from the bathroom toilet. A sewer-like smell keeps rising and the water pressure seems a bit weak. If you don't close the bathroom door, you can't use it. Hot water doesn’t work well! I thought it would take a while for it to come out, but even that was too cold to use in the winter. It was clean and nice except for the bathroom, but I couldn't leave it out. And the room slippers looked strange(!). It's very uncomfortable. You'll see when you go there."

"We wanted a hook experience. Access to the hanok is a mini garden access, not wheelchair friendly kind. No English or picture. The lock to the door gets jammed up few time. On the first time, we somehow manage to get out but it seems like u need to be sloooww. The administrators dont speak English but the first lady was quick to use her translation. We miss read the carpark block and accidentally park at a resident carpark and got a FINE of 30000 won which the hanok stay cannot assist to settle. Thus we make a trip to the county but they too cannot help as its the tell off by residents. Thus we feel that the hanok should at least inform their guest that the carpark stopper is meant for guest."

"If you are focusing on the hot springs, I think this is a very good place. It was disappointing that the advertised yoga program was not actually available. The bathroom drainage was poor, which was inconvenient, and I was baffled to find an Italian towel that looked like it had been used by someone else. It was a shame that the front desk staff were not friendly. The information provided regarding recommended nearby restaurants or tourist attractions was lacking. It was disappointing that the breakfast time was late. Other than that, the bedding and bathroom heating were very good. The parking situation within the hotel was excellent."
