Nice place to stay in the bustling city of Varanasi, hotel is clean and all necessary amenities provide an excellent place to take a rest from the city that is pretty crazy. It is about four kilometers from the river Ganges. Breakfast is fine but not very extended, meals for dinner were good price wise.
The only issue we had was the way too loud noise of the air ventilation in the shower that took a lot of drama before it was turned off, a request that I had to repeat three out of four nights. Overall I would recommend this place though, it's professional and decent and an oasis compared to what you'll encounter once you get onto the streets.

Hotel location is easily approachable, ambience is good, i booked a suit room that was good and spacious. Good value for money.

The staff and management was not trained and they don’t know how to treat guests. Breakfast was not good enough. No juice in the brkfast

Good hotel for family stay, lord vishwanath temple is 5 km from this place and other ghats are also similar distance. Food is good

The hotel is average. Positive: breakfast spread is decent. Negatives: 1) location- it's far away from the main city and for everything ( darshan, shopping, famous food, boat rides) you have to spend minimum 200 for e rikshaw to take you there. If you visit varanasi for pilgrimage or tourism purpose, there's no point why you should stay so far away. 2. Poor housekeeping: didn't clean toilet seats every day, and sometimes they forget to give toiletries, sometimes water bottle. It is very embarrassing to every time ask for something that you have already paid for. 3. Bathroom tiles are super slippery. One can slip and fall easily. 4. Tariff: it's not a cheap hotel. You can have plenty of good options at this price inside the city.

Its was not that great this time the night staff was pathetic because i asked them for water at night and i needed to wait for it for 30 min and i made 2 calls for the same at the end i needed to go at the down stair to get the water

Rooms are neat and clean and good staff. As per the charges breakfast is not upto the mark. Very limited options. Rest all well. Location is fine with a good space of parking
