What I am most satisfied with is the bedding and the public space is beautiful. Hotel room rates fluctuate a bit every day. Venice is all about walking anyway. We put necessary changes in our backpacks and sent our suitcases to the hotel. Wait until after 15:00 to check if there is a cheaper price. Or wherever you go, if you see a hotel you like, just stay in it. There are so many good new five-star hotels in Venice. You can try more!

The hotel is in an excellent location. Salute Station is definitely the first choice when entering Venice. It can be quiet and quiet. The hotel is next to the Dormition Church. We stayed here for 3 nights prior to cruise. Desk and concierge service were excellent. The room was beautiful, spacious and well maintained. Location is perfect, just 1-2 blocks from St Mark’s Square yet in a quiet canal side location. Daily breakfast buffet was very good.

It is a good place to stay as a couple, the view of the canal is incredible. Close to the transport station. Perhaps it would be of great help to pick up travelers at the terminal or at least give them information on how to get there.

Disappointed by the level of service and outdated hotel. For that very pricy 4 stars hotel, I would have appreciated a higher level.. the staff was not particularly friendly neither helpful. The room was very dark with casi no natural light, not renovated like the booking picture. The bathtub was broken, they send someone that didn’t care of it and said it was indeed broken, reception didn’t propose anything in exchange. I ended up trying to fix myself for 1/2h. Bit sad.. also the Jacuzzi/public bath or gym are not accessible for free. You have to pay and book ahead.. you would imagine it’s included in the price. Positive side: very well located in the center, in the main luxury street, explain the price I guess? The rooftop is really the highlight with beautiful sunset, where we drunk our complementary bottle. The breakfast is really good, one of the best so far. Will not come back, not worthy.

The rooms of residenza Favaro are in the very heart of Venice.The check in hotel just 1 min away has very helpful staff and can keep your luggage after checkout or make a water taxi reservations for you. An older building that has been remodeled to fit 8 hotel rooms, 2 per floor. Unfortunately there is no elevator. There was cleaning service every day. Hot water was available 24/7. Our Room was super clean. 1 min walking distance from San Marco. The area was very safe to walk to your hotel at night.

Please don't stay at Do Pozzi. There are so many better options just seconds away. The place is just not that nice, carpet in hallways/stairs was kinda gross, rooms are just plain old, staff was meh. We were with 6 couples - 2 stayed here and the other 4 stayed in nicer spots super close by. Location was great for all of us. We definitely had ”hotel envy”. Our other friends stayed at Hotel Flora (upscale) and UnaHotels ALA Venezia (very reasonable) and I know there are other options. Do your homework and you'll find a nice place whatever your budget. Great restaurants nearby!

The location of the hotel is very nice and Wi-Fi connection was good. The lady that was managing breakfast was very nice and room was cleaned daily, fresh towels were provided. But... the room was super tiny, when we put our luggage we had no space to walk. Same with the bathroom. Rooms are nothing like in pictures and our room was not Venetian style at all. There were no hangers to put our stuff or to hang wet towels in the bathroom. Water was either hot or cold, nothing between. We had construction site right behind our windows and the room was over the kitchen so it was loud from the early morning. We also couldn't open windows due to the dust and dirt going straight into the room. The view was from he room is on another building and roofs. Air-con almost did not work so it was super hot - glad there was not so hot outside either way we could not stay there. When we requested change of the room they offered us another one with such a low ceiling that my husband couldn't stand straight there so we had to stay in the original one. They do not have double beds, the only option they have are two single beds connected together with two separate mattresses which were slipping from the bed during the night giving us absolutely dreadful and uncomfortable sleep. The person who was checking us in did not speak English so he did not tell us anything, we did not know what time breakfast starts/ends. The lift was broken and you had to hold the button to go up which was a bit scary. Breakfast was tasty but super basic - scrambled eggs, one type of cheese, one type of ham, coffee was awful. Some sweet pastries were also given, but there weren't much when they started having more guests. Staff working there seemed to be very tired and overworked - they should definitely invest more in them and care about people working there better. I really felt sorry for the staff as they did their best to make us happy but simply did not have enough capacity. Overall this hotel was absolutely not worth the price (we paid almost 250 Euro/night) - you pay only for the location. The quality of stay was very low.

Pretty and perfect location. Basic yet traditional 200yards from the main part and 75 yards from the shops. Facing Gucci Great staff Best part was taking advantage of the free private boat to Murano island which we shared with another couple. I asked for a room overlooking the canal and it was just beautiful.

We stayed here as a family of 9 in August 2020. The hotel is great for larger groups as they have triple rooms which comfortably fit 3 people and are large and airy. We had 4 rooms in the hotel, all were impeccably clean and had great views of the canal. Breakfast has been adjusted to comply with the latest Covid guidelines and works well. You have to make your breakfast selection the night before and your breakfast is brought to your table once you are seated. The breakfast choice was great for us and we really appreciated the service of the breakfast team who were so kind and attentive. The hotel is perfectly located and is just a 5 minute stroll to San Marco square and probably about 15 mins from the Rialto Bridge. Wearing a comfy pair of shoes is a must as you will do a lot of walking in Venice. A special mention must go to all of the staff who were always efficient and friendly with all members of my family. Giovanni on reception was great throughout the booking process, our stay and helping out with our departure - thank you so much. I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat. Book through their website to get the best rates and choice of rooms. Thank you from the whole family for making our trip to Venice a happy and memorable time.
