I feel they are cheating the residents. They ask a lot for the deposit. Besides the rent they tell you at the beginning or in their web sites, they will charge you for extra. My apar**ent was not clean properly. I saw lots of dirt everywhere, there were insects in my apar**ent. The bathroom was smelling like hell. They said it is because it was not used for one month and it will be fine after few days. But during my entire stay in ECLA campus it was stinking. I complained many times but they did not do anything. The bedding was damaged and the pillow was stinking like hell. They just changed the pillow. It was very noisy , the walls and the windows are not noise protected. At the beginning they say the rent something including the charges, but then you will see they find lots of excuses to charge you. For example based on the floor you have chosen they add some charges, then for I-service then at the end of the contract they tell you about garbage tax while it was expected to be included in the rent. At the beginning of July I informed them that I will check out by Aug 1. They charged me not only for the entire July but also charged me for the first day of August not only for the rent but also for I-service of the entire August. While I have checked out July 28. And got knows how much they will deduct from the deposit. It was a bad experience for me and I will never rent a room/apar**ent from ECLA. I do not suggest it. Try to fix everything at the beginning with them otherwise they will cheat you as much as they can.

Very nice Hotel in a central place, but yet far from the hectic. Train and bus stop in walking distance. Very nice room, spacious, clean and comfy. Bathroom with shower and usual bathroom amenities. The Restaurant for Breakfast is nice, and the selection OK. For Dinner we invited friends over, and the waiter was fantastic. Spoke English, sadly the menu was only in French, but our friends helped out and we had a great time. My favorite waiter was the Bar waiter. He was funny and very attentive. He made great drinks and ensured I had a good local brew. We came with a 5 year old child and he spoiled her with sweets and tried everything to find a drink for her. We played Billiard in the Lobby and it was fun. When we come back to France and the Paris region, we will return to this Hotel. Really enjoyed it.

I am here from the States, visiting with friends and the city. When I booked this location I was not excited since it is situated at the peripheri of Paris. I was imagining a quiet neighborhood with nothing around and not the best vibe; however, I couldn't have been more wrong. This hotel is beautiful, very modern and lots of amenities. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The lifts are quick and funtion properly. It is also across the street from the train, metro, and buss station. The area is full of restaurants, bars, patisseries,... The best part is the staff. They are extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. There is no big city, unapproachable attitude. Wormth and good vibes from the minute you walk into the door. It also comes with a wonderful breakfast included. I was extremely impressed. I will concider the same location next time I'll be visiting.

Gare massy palaiseau is a relatively large station. By convenient, TGV RER can be, it seems to be far from Paris, in fact, it is similar to indoor time. I chose the cheapest and most direct this time. 91.10 bus line field line, just across the bridge in the hotel opposite the bus station, about 35 minutes before 1.9 in Europe, where there are railway RER line to Charles de Gaulle, is a good choice, and from Paris also convenient hotel

The location is a bit biased, a bit far from the train station, but within walking distance. Budget hotel, the room I stayed in was a bit small, so small that there was no place to put boxes. Health is OK, the room I live in does not have towels, the bath water is not bad, the bed is comfortable. My room is not facing the road, it is quiet. Wifi is OK, it is always a bit troublesome for me to log in. The price I booked is very cheap, so the price/performance ratio is good, so the shortcomings listed above can be forgiven.

This hotel is the most quiet and pleasant where we have stayed for a long time. The staff is available. The restaurant offers excellent dishes. We chose a delicious and rich Jura raclette on the first day and their Burger Signature on the second day. A small one-hour walk is possible just out of the hotel without taking the car. Our very beautiful room was equipped with a beautiful balcony. A express breakfast is offered to take on the huge terrace with views on the tree park with horses away. Do not hesitate if you are in the corner.

At the beginning of July I informed them that I will check out by Aug 1. They charged me not only for the entire July but also charged me for the first day of August not only for the rent but also for I-service of the entire August. While I have checked out July 28. And got knows how much they will deduct from the deposit. It was a bad experience for me and I will never rent a room/apar**ent from ECLA. I do not suggest it. Try to fix everything at the beginning with them otherwise they will cheat you as much as they can.

Very nice Hotel in a central place, but yet far from the hectic. Train and bus stop in walking distance. Very nice room, spacious, clean and comfy. Bathroom with shower and usual bathroom amenities. The Restaurant for Breakfast is nice, and the selection OK. For Dinner we invited friends over, and the waiter was fantastic. Spoke English, sadly the menu was only in French, but our friends helped out and we had a great time. My favorite waiter was the Bar waiter. He was funny and very attentive. He made great drinks and ensured I had a good local brew. We came with a 5 year old child and he spoiled her with sweets and tried everything to find a drink for her. We played Billiard in the Lobby and it was fun. When we come back to France and the Paris region, we will return to this Hotel. Really enjoyed it.

We spent some nights in Massy. Hotel location is good and close to train and other facilities. We especially enjoyed breakfast and nice staff there taking care about customers! Glad to have fresh orange juice :)

Super value for money. Average location I would say especially for shops otherwise very quiet. Very clean room with small kitchen. Tea and coffee available. Perfect bathroom with hair dryer. We had a great night.

I am here from the States, visiting with friends and the city. When I booked this location I was not excited since it is situated at the peripheri of Paris. I was imagining a quiet neighborhood with nothing around and not the best vibe; however, I couldn't have been more wrong. This hotel is beautiful, very modern and lots of amenities. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The lifts are quick and funtion properly. It is also across the street from the train, metro, and buss station. The area is full of restaurants, bars, patisseries,... The best part is the staff. They are extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. There is no big city, unapproachable attitude. Wormth and good vibes from the minute you walk into the door. It also comes with a wonderful breakfast included. I was extremely impressed. I will concider the same location next time I'll be visiting.

The location is a bit biased, a bit far from the train station, but within walking distance. Budget hotel, the room I stayed in was a bit small, so small that there was no place to put boxes. Health is OK, the room I live in does not have towels, the bath water is not bad, the bed is comfortable. My room is not facing the road, it is quiet. Wifi is OK, it is always a bit troublesome for me to log in. The price I booked is very cheap, so the price/performance ratio is good, so the shortcomings listed above can be forgiven.
