This stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. Rooms are of a good size and don't feel cramped in them, thwy are clean and organised. The bathroom is also of a good size with all amenities avaialble with good toiletries at hand. The beds are also of a good size and comfortable mattresses help you to a good night sleep. All in all it is a very good hotel worth the money.

The hotel is located in the city centre, in the mountain area, in a quarter of the hour you are in the city. Good welcome, comfortable parking, beautiful room, quiet, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom (only a little noisy the aspiration ventilator). Breakfast is good and varied, both sweet and salad. Ideal for anyone who wants to visit Torino and will stay in a quiet area. We stayed with B&B treatment and enjoyed the adjacent, literally two steps, restaurant La Mucca Pazza.

This was our third visit to this hotel and as always we enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival our allocated room was not very good but it was changed quickly and easily by the front desk staff. The replacement room was good and modern. The only complaint we have is that the shower cubicle is far too small. Large people will have great difficulty getting in and out let alone actually washing. Additionally the hotels location is good, being close the Porta Susa railway station. No need for a taxi. The restaurant across the road is recommended as is the Sushi restaurant just around the corner at the top of the Via Cernaia. Turin is nice city with not too many tourists and wealth of excellent places to see and places to eat at. We have been visiting Turin for 16 years as our son lives here - we love it. Booked this hotel for myself and my partner for 2 nights during Eurovision week for May 2022 back in Oct 2021. A friend also did the same on a separate booking. However, in Jan 2022 both bookings were cancelled due to issues with ”payment processing on card”. This was blatant lying, as both cards for both bookings worked fine. What really happened is the hotel knew it could get more for the nights in question with such a big event on in Turin (see prices for hotels that week vs. other weeks if you don't believe me) and cancelled both our bookings. Half hearted excuses were given ”I'm not the person who processes bookings” etc and a call back to explain situation further that was requested never happened. Conveniently, hotel is now booked out for same dates a mere 5 mins after cancelling our bookings. Management are clearly greedy and dishonest and attempting to price gouge during a time of high demand. Shame on them. Do not recommend lest you also fall foul of cancelled bookings

Un 4 stelle da tre stelle servizio 0 Sono 7 anni che soggiorno a Torino e tra tutti i miei soggiorni 4 stelle non mi era mai capitato questo che racconto e che allego anche con foto. Appena arrivata in Hotel alle ore 1030 solo per poter depositare i bagagli (perché mi era stato già comunicato che per il chek anticipato dovevo pagare ulteriore somma!!) dopo un timido buongiorno mi si dice “MA è UN PO PRESTO VENIRE ADESSO” ad ogni buon conto mi dicono che per fortuna possono darmi una camera appena pulita al sesto piano. Appena entrata noto la camera piccola con un solo comodino e nel bagno asciugamani e saponi solo per una persona ! Ho provveduto a chiamare la signora delle pulizie nel corridoio spiegando che era una matrimoniale per due e mi sono fatta dare il necessario. Questi giorni a Torino la temperatura era bassa ed anche con pioggia ed ho notato spifferi dalla finestra balcone. Ho lasciato la camera alle 1130 e sono rientrata alle ore 1630 notando che la camera era fredda ho riposato per mezzora ma mi sono svegliata per il freddo il riscaldamento era spento ho provveduto a chiamare la reception descrivendo il problema e mi hanno prima risposto provvediamo subito, poi mi hanno richiamato dicendo che la normativa dell’hotel prevedeva che l’accensione era dalle 1930 fino alle ore 00 !!! pertanto se avevo freddo potevano portarmi una stufa e delle coperte!!!! UN 4 STELLE!!!! E pertanto anche nel bagno il termosifone era spento quindi potevo fare la doccia solo dalle 1930!!!!!!!! LE NORMATIVE IN PIEMONTE CI SONO MA CI SI DEVE ASSICURARE MINIMO 13 ORE !! Ho spiegato anche che ho invalidità ma mi è stato risposto “non possiamo fare nulla non potevamo prevedere questo freddo!” Colazione scarsissima !!!!!! anche qui allego foto di un buffet scarso!!! Ho chiesto un cornetto vegano e mi hanno risposto che dovevo aspettare 15 minuti per averlo e che dovevo avvisare !!!!(si trovano in tutti i bar) e per una premuta di arancia o prendevo il SUCCO di arancia che fornivano loro o dovevo pagare 5 euro per la premuta!!!!!. Detto questo questo Hotel solo fumo tanta arte ma una delusione dormire con due coperte e stufa in un quattro stelle !!!!!!!!

I stayed here for 2 nights and this hotel is a charm! The location is ideal. The rooms were clean and elegant. The decor was magnificent. The spa is simply out of the world. The breakfast was one of the best. If you are in Turino, you gotta stay here.

The hotel has a different concept than normal hotels. They have two floors for tourists and the rest houses students who come to the city. It is very well located, you can walk to the Historic Center. Our room had a view of the Po River and was clean, spacious, with a balcony, and the bathroom was equally clean, with supplies and hair dryer. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. They offer a breakfast that is not very varied, but the price of 5 euros is fine with the offer. The building is on a busy road intersection, and one of the nights it was quite noisy. In general we were very good and we appreciate the attention received.

The hotel is diagonally opposite Dora Station. very convenient. Not far from the two train stations, a few bus stops will do. Buses cost 2 Euros. The front desk speaks English with Italian accents. We arrived late but the reception was still very nice. The room was clean, drinks in the small refrigerator and the price list was on the bedside table. When you check out, she will ask you what you drank, and then check out together. There are more types of hotel breakfast than other cheap hotels in Italy, and they taste good. There are many fruits, fruit salads, and green salads. There are more types of bread. Other toast cheese ham and scrambled eggs should be considered standard in the European buffet breakfast, and there is also a poached egg. Drinks, first milk and various coffees, orange juice. Yogurt and cereals. See a lot of family trips. There are also many Chinese.

I must admit I had my concerns. My first impression I had when I saw this place while booking it was that it is some kind of a youth hostel. Yet, I took the chance and booked it. I am glad I found this most welcoming hotel. This is a mixed facility. The first 4 floors are only for university students and the top 2 (5+6) are for hotel guests. The decoration is great, new and maintained greatly. They even installed a new decorative wall paper in our floor even that the walls were in a very good shape. The staff is great, both at the front desk and the Baristas at the open dining area. The lower ground of the hotel is amazing. It has laundry machines and dryers operated by a convenient app provided by the front desk. It has quiet learning area, a gym, cooking stations, table tennis, pool table and a large screen to project your movies. Breakfast is very basic, yet, the coffee is great. The rooms terraces face the interior yard in which students may gather and have some fun. Don't mistake, it is fun, not extra noise or anything like it.
