"The hotel is technically is a homestay set up like a hotel. It is roughly an 8-10 taxi ride from Shenzhou Railway Station. You can rent e-bikes for free (¥200 deposit) if you are a resident. The beach and restaurant areas are between 12 and 25 mins away on the e-bike. It’s very simple. I recommend this for solo travelers, couples, and 2 friends."

"The toilet in our room had a problem with the drainage, and they didn't fix it immediately, saying they'd come the next day. However, the water wasn't actually fixed until it reached the room that evening. In the morning, the sun shone through the toilet window into the room, making for a very unpleasant experience! Plus, the location is in a village."

"It's pretty good. The room has a balcony, welcome fruit, and its own parking lot. The breakfast is also pretty good. The waitresses are very enthusiastic and provide good service. They also upgraded the room type. The room is soundproof, except that the air conditioner is a bit loud. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the hotel, but mosquito repellent tablets are provided. It is very close to Wangfujing Duty Free Shop and it is very convenient to eat."

"Close to the lighthouse, and convenient for food and getting around by taxi. I extended my stay because I didn't want to bother moving. The hygiene was decent, but the facilities are old, as the hotel has been open for many years."

"This is a relatively new resort hotel in Wanning, and the environment inside is excellent. From the front desk and customer service to the shuttle drivers and housekeeping staff, everyone is very friendly and provides great service. Just outside the hotel is Coconut Avenue, and it's a little over 1 kilometer to the lighthouse, so you can easily walk there in the evening. There are two restaurants for breakfast, and I think each has its own unique strengths; if you have time, you can try both. The hotel offered a complimentary travel photoshoot, and I opted to add an additional 99 RMB for both indoor and outdoor scenes with makeup and styling, which was like getting an extra set of portraits. It was really good, and the photos came out with very high quality; I was satisfied with every single shot. However, due to budget constraints, I had to reluctantly let go of more photos!"

"The guesthouse has a nice environment and is not far from the beach, within walking distance. The rooms are cozy, clean, and hygienic. The owner and manager are very welcoming and will recommend nearby restaurants and entertainment venues. The commercial street has everything you need, much better than Riyue Island, and it's very convenient for getting around. It gets quite crowded and lively during the summer, so renting a small electric scooter is more convenient for getting around the island, and you won't have to walk to the beach and lighthouse. Definitely worth visiting again."
