這次來廣州比較滿意的一家住處。床品浴品非常舒服，不輸五星酒店。房間佈局不錯，洗手間、馬桶、淋浴間獨自分隔正是我喜歡的類型。這裏離火車南站非常近，步行5分鐘妥妥的到達，車站旁邊就是高鐵站，步行15分鐘左右，因為要坐動車去雁盪山，選擇了這家酒店公寓，入住下來感覺非常不錯，早餐也可以，性價比不錯，本來打算住一晚，結果一下住了3晚，到五馬街、江心嶼打車30、40元左右。唯一要注意的是，各大酒店平台價格變動，且有跟蹤功能，價格會隨你的搜尋上漲，還有就是預訂有坑，同樣價格，一個有早一個無早，一不小心就點到無餐食的了，到酒店用早餐時非常尷尬。對於攜程平台軟件的**行為非常痛恨，大家小心，最近頻頻入坑。

房間一般，早飯不錯，與五星酒店共享餐廳！單純為了高鐵站訂的酒店！ 🚗 交通：

All around nice hotel. Room is neat and clean. Service is friendly, although can barely speak English.

We were there for three nights. It’s very convenient from Wenzhou south railway station. There is a walking bridge connecting the hotel, about 600 meters away, which avoids all traffics. Room is clean with friendly services. Breakfast is good, which is sharing with the luxurious Barony hotel guests. The only thing needs to be considered is the distance to center of Wenzhou if you have lots of tasks in the city. However, taxi or online reservation is convenient nowadays.

Generally the hotel was acceptable but the location wasn’t good, and they don’t have any service such as tea or coffee or fruit in room.

Overall ok.. abit far to some spots, but very near to bus station

My friend booked this hotel for me while I I traveled to Wenzhou to meet a group of people. I was told this was a five star hotel. I took a screen shot online and sent it to her. The name of the hotel is in Chinese. My friend could not find this hotel on English website. So she searched by location and found this one , the picture and the address were exactly the same as the one I sent it to her. But it’s not hotel , it’s apartment . Anyway she booked it for me. When I got there , I found out this tower did have 5 star hotel in the lower floor between 1-24. The apartments were on the higher floor. They had separate entrance and front desk. It’s weird. Obviously the hotel’s front desk looked luxurious. I checked in my room , it had nice views. The room is big and clean. Next morning I went to the hotel to have breakfast, pay extra 68 yuan. Also tour the hotel. Their rooms were bigger and looked nicer. You pay what you get. I paid half of their price for the room. The other people from the group laughed at lme how I booked 3 star apartment in 5 star hotel property.
