"Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay. The hotel's Ctrip customer service responded quickly and was very enthusiastic. Check-in at the front desk was efficient. I stayed in an executive room which included lounge access with light meals and simple afternoon tea. The coffee made by the lounge attendant was delicious, and I went for a cup every afternoon during my stay. The only slight unpleasantness was one morning at breakfast. We had clearly waited in line to enter, but a female manager at the restaurant seemed to misunderstand, thinking we had cut the line. Her attitude wasn't great, and she had a stern face the whole time – it must have been a misunderstanding. However, all the other hotel staff I encountered were excellent; some even greeted me proactively. Overall, the service was really good. I'll definitely choose Shangri-La again next time I'm in Wenzhou."

"I rarely leave bad reviews, but after thinking about it, I'm still unhappy. During the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, I spent over 600 yuan to stay at a 5-diamond Marriott near the airport, and the experience was terrible. I arrived around 11 PM to check in, already exhausted from traveling, but the front desk was incredibly slow. It took ages to get checked in. The hotel facilities are outdated, the hallway carpet smells, there's no smart toilet, and the bath towels are severely misshapen – the tag looked like it said 2020, so they've been using them for 6 years! The room cleanliness was also a mess. I sat on the sofa to enjoy the night view, only to find balloon fragments on it and the window screens heavily stained. My mood was completely ruined, and I didn't sleep well all night. In the morning, I went to try the 'nutritious' breakfast, only to find it was all vegetarian with no meat dishes at all. Utterly disappointing. Overall, the value for money is extremely low, it's not worth over 600 yuan, and it doesn't live up to the Marriott brand. Not recommended!"

Opening the window, I could take in the magnificent scenery of the Oujiang River—the view was expansive and incredibly atmospheric. The location is exceptionally good; a short taxi ride (minimum fare) gets you to Jiangxinyu Island, where you can leisurely explore ancient sites and enjoy the river breeze. It's also very close to Wuma Street, perfect for shopping, finding food, and trying local snacks—everything you need in one place. The environment is quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for both sightseeing and relaxation. It’s perfect for a short trip or a longer vacation, and I've already recommended it to my friends. The service was warm and welcoming, the room was spotless, and the facilities were modern and smart. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Wenzhou!"

It's truly an excellent choice for anyone visiting or staying in Wenzhou. The hotel boasts an unbeatable location right in the heart of Wenzhou's city center, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and getting around. It's just across the road from Nan Tang Impression, a popular spot for Instagrammers. A short walk will take you along the river, where you can immerse yourself in Wenzhou's vibrant local life and江南 charm. The famous 'Ancient and Modern in the Same Frame' photo spot is directly opposite the hotel, allowing you to capture atmospheric shots of the city's unique blend of old and new without having to travel far. I stayed in a room on the 52nd floor, offering an immersive experience of stunning cloud-level views. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided expansive and clear vistas. By day, I could overlook Wenzhou's city streets and the scenery along the Nan Tang River. As dusk fell, and the city lights came on, the dazzling nightscape of Nan Tang, along with the myriad of lights across Wenzhou, stretched out before my eyes. The gentle evening breeze enhanced the ambiance, allowing me to sit by the window and enjoy the city's unique romance and tranquility. What truly made the stay special was the warm and thoughtful service. Throughout my visit, I experienced the staff's professionalism and genuine sincerity. The front desk and Executive Lounge staff were friendly, efficient, and adept at understanding and promptly addressing guests' needs, whether it was for check-in inquiries or last-minute requests. The concierge team on the ground floor was equally considerate and thorough. When I checked out and went to collect my luggage, a staff member proactively assisted me, carrying my bags all the way to the underground parking garage. Such meticulous service truly reflects the hotel's high standards and added an extra layer of comfort and convenience to my trip. The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection, catering to both northern and southern palates, and featuring a strong presence of authentic Wenzhou local specialties. Dishes like the soft and fragrant glutinous rice and the rich, mellow lard cake were all available, allowing me to savor authentic Wenzhou flavors and kickstart my day with energy. The Executive Lounge's happy hour was full of pleasant surprises, offering a variety of exquisite hot dishes, flavorful snacks, and a wide array of alcoholic and special drinks. The selection was abundant, the quality excellent, and the taste truly remarkable. Enjoying such a delightful time amidst the high-altitude views brought immense joy. Overall, the Westin Wenzhou, with its excellent location, stunning high-altitude views, attentive and meticulous service, and authentic, delicious dining, delivered a truly high-quality stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wenzhou! "

"Friends visiting Wenzhou should definitely add this hotel to their must-stay list! As soon as we arrived, the front desk staff warmly greeted us and helped with our luggage. When they heard we were there for local snacks, they immediately drew out a route of old alleyways that only locals know, even marking which glutinous rice stalls open early and which fishball places are guaranteed not to disappoint – it was nothing like the generic online influencer guides. The room was exceptionally clean, the bedding was incredibly soft, and the soundproofing was excellent; once the door was closed, not a peep from the bustling snack street downstairs could be heard, ensuring a truly peaceful night's sleep. The biggest surprise was breakfast – freshly cooked rice noodles that you could customize with dried shrimp and fish cakes, not just a standard, run-of-the-mill buffet. It left me feeling warm and satisfied. The hotel is also right next to Wutian Old Street, so after an evening stroll, it’s just a short walk back – no need for taxis or detours. For this price point, to have such an experience, I'm definitely staying here again next time!"

"This hotel was amazing. The staff there are simply the best and very accommodating to my requests while there. I had my laundry done and forgot to mention I need extra soap since they were gym clothes 😬. So they gave me a hand written letter and a stuffed animal as an apology even though it was my fault for not mentioning it. They have a solid breakfast, and it’s close to a lot of great restaurants (I recommend 最爱妈妈菜). Will definitely be staying here again!"

"Temperature Yuuan is my top choice in Wenzhou; the service is incredibly thoughtful. Upon check-in, they immediately offer tea and small snacks. The restaurant is located on the first floor. They have a **buffet breakfast** from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM (the breakfast spread is very rich, even including Wenzhou's famous glutinous rice). Free lunch from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM (simple freshly made noodles and wontons). Free supper from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM (simple meals). Even the free lunch and dinner are not simple; the dishes are quite abundant. The gym and laundry room are both free to use. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation, dining, and shopping. My only suggestion would be regarding the parking fee."
