"Nice and decent hotel located just in front of the costal line. Got everything you need in the room (except smart TV). Breakfast is the best part of the stay, which included a list of English breakfast of your choice (egg Benedict, American pancakes, Full English breakfast etc), coffee, juice, fruit and bread. It was a lovely experience with friends and family."

"What a nightmare we have had emailed the customer complaints at least 12 times they don't answer emails and the live chat well that don't seem to exist alway say no one available try later. We stayed at this hotel the staff are lovely but wait for it we was kept awake all night with mice scratching the heater only works for 5 minutes and turns off not to come back on the mattress has more spring coming up then a trampoline. So in the morning after the worst night ever we complained the lady she was very nice and said as you paid PayPal we can't refund but I am sending an email so the head office will give a full refund. So far we did get 50 per cent back we was told would get a full refund and after the night of no sleep not to mention I am terrified of mice it's late at night so had to put up with it. The lady did say we had the rodent man out a couple of days ago. I have tried to be very fair before I put this review on on the 10 email I said if you don't answer I will put it on trip advisor still no answer shameful that they don't answer emails and the"

"The room was ok, but it was boiling hot. The woman on reception said if we wanted air-conditioning we had to pay an extra £15. Not worth it, she was sitting surrounded by fans as it was so hot. Had been in a Premier inn in Langstone near Portsmouth the week before and the hotel was so much better, the staff were pleasant and helpful. My advice never go to Whitstable Premuer inn."
