I brought my family to Williamsburg for a vacation and wanted a place with a kitchen. What we found when we walked in was closer to a full fledged home. Multiple bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, a porch downstairs and a balcony upstairs.
We found an embarrassing number of towels, everything we needed in the kitchen, and full size laundry in the unit.
When we go back, we will be staying here again.

Front check in staff was unfriendly and down right rude on several occasions. Not helpful and literally did not help with providing information about the facility or its amenities. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The property was very convenient for all the activities we had in the area. With the exception of maybe needing a few updates, the accommodations were very satisfactory and we would stay at the Vacation Village at Williamsburg again.

Very spacious condos, we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing was the smell of the chimney it was very strong, the same thing with water. They layout is a bit weird as you expect the jacuzzi to be part of the master bedroom but its in the hallway. The one in the master bedroom is just a regular bathroom.

It’s a timeshare property and the unit was clean but a bit dated. Staff was courteous and didn’t try to hard sell me on a sales presentation. Was in the area for a kid’s soccer tournament so I was not interested in that aspect. Close to the College of William and Mary which offered some place to walk around, plus the property was near the Sports complex and restaurant options. The pool looked clean but it was cold so we never visited. Also didn’t have time to check out any other amenities during our visit. It was a pleasant place to stay.

Vacation Village in Williamsburg really was everything we had hoped for. Clean, spacious, and the kitchen was essential for our family! My children loved the pool and playground, both which were lovely and clean. The hotel staff were kind and helpful, and you absolutely can't beat the price. We were visiting Jamestown, which was about a 15 minute drive but I also appreciate that we could access groceries and gas in 10 minutes. Beautiful landscaping, lots of activities and amenities - an overall wonderful experience. Truly 10/10.

I stayed last month and enjoyed myself, but this time a month later there were some things I was unhappy about. For a resort I feel the rooms should have an oven. The room I had last month had a flat stove top. This time it has a hot plate. I called and asked for a pan be bought to the room to cook breakfast and never received it. I had $10 taken as a deposit to look at a property but ended up not being able to go and was told it was non refundable. I was not told that when I first did it. When I when to guest services when I checked out the lady was not welcoming at all. I honestly don’t think I’ll be back as I’m annoyed that I lost out on $10.
