A really pleasant and enjoyable experience. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were a good size and the food was very good. Spa facilities were really relaxing and Rebecca, the masseuse, was very good, would highly recommend her.
We were also booked in for an afternoon tea which was delicious and the scones were syill warm and yummy and the glass of bubbly just washed it all down really nicely!
I would defo go back and recommend to family and friends.

Lovely hotel. Service and staff excellent. Although hotel is in a commercial area, it is right next to Winnash Triangle station ( 5 min walk) where for £4 off peak return ticket, you can travel the 6 minute journey into Reading. The station is in the centre of Reading high street.
Highly recommend Spa and treatments.

No room service, not the biggest issue. One gentleman on reception wasn't the friendliest when asking questions. Hotel was super clean. Spa was lovely, a jacuzzi would make it extra nice.

位置非常好，過橋就有火車站，去雷丁很方便，電影院也不遠。房間乾淨整潔。早餐傳統英式。停車也很方便，住客免費停車。
