"Despite a few opening teething issues I would recommend this hotel. When we had an issue with our room it was dealt with promptly by Nancy. In the morning the rest of this issue was resolved by Ian Both of them in my opinion have amazing customer service, they were friendly and understanding and is why the hotel got an extra star in this review."

"The Ardington Hotel'de ilk kalışımızdı. Worthing'in merkezinde, denize ve tüm olanaklara yakın ideal bir konumda. Yatak odası çok temizdi ve büyük yatak çok rahattı. Banyo eski olmasına rağmen çok temizdi ve duşu ***et iyiydi. Personel çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Resepsiyondaki, konukların bir şey unutmaları durumunda erişebilecekleri küçük bir dolapta banyo malzemelerinin bulunması harikaydı. Kahvaltı seçenekleri mükemmeldi ve tesiste yediğim iki kahvaltı da lezzetliydi. Otel barı, akşam dışarı çıkmadan önce oturup bir şeyler içmek için harika bir ortamdı. The Arrington'ı diğer gezginlere şiddetle tavsiye ederim."

"there are 2 very good points and quite a few bad points Location is excellent almost in front of the sea, in a very nice area with restaurants and a long promenade on the sea. The guy at the desk was absolutely kind helpful and friendly. Structure is old fashioned, nice from outside but once you go to the rooms they are old, the heavy curtains smell dust as the carpet, bed was absolutely unconfortable as the mattress was too soft when I sat I thought I would be sitting on the floor. The worse part of it all are the wardrobe ( old, smelling closed ) and the bathroom which was very small with a tiny shower and a very tiny washbasin. It was very difficult to turn the shower off and I had to ask the kind guy at the desk to help me to turn it off . The room did not make me feel at ease at all."

"I had a pleasant stay. My room was clean and large enough to manoeuvre a wheelchair. I couldn’t book a room with a shower as there were now available. I’ve added pictures of the bathroom. I was pleased that there was an alarm next to the bed. I was disappointed that the lift was broken at the front so I had to go through the back entrance. The pavement camber was tricky in places. Staff were helpful, apologetic, and helpful. The room cost me more than I had planned to spend as I had to book Premier Inn quite late due to a competitor hotel also experiencing a broken lift!"

"Dirty rooms. Your staying in a shed. Rude staff. Awful food. Very expensive. Much better places to stay and cheaper near by. Our children caught fleas from bedding and floors.It was the worst experience ever."
