It’s not really the hotels fault, the customers they get don’t deserve to stay at such a nice hotel. The staff and hotel itself is nice

The MD of Fairmont and his team have the best and friendliest reputation of all the hotels I know of in Wuhan. My family and I rarely do staycations but never hesitate when it comes to the Fairmont, Wuhan. Once you enter the hotel's ornate lobby, you are transported into a world of luxury and hospitality second to none. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and my son even learnt to swim in the outstanding pool! The gym, steam room and sauna are an excellent way to prepare for a wonderful evening meal! Overall, an oasis of peace in the heart lol of the big city. - MORRIS FAMILY

The Hotel provided excellent service and a wonderful room. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the room was clean, spacious, and superbly decorated. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was luxurious. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the Fairmont Wuhan to celebrate a birthday! The Guest Service Manager, Irina Guo, was extremely helpful and accommodating to make the experience extra special. The food and service at the hotel restaurant and bar, 1907, was first rate. Would strongly recommend a cocktail and dinner set. The service staff was made aware of the birthday by Ms.Guo, and Josie greeted us with a "Happy Birthday" accompanied by a complimentary glass of champagne. The breakfast was also first rate with pretty much anything you could want. Following breakfast, we were greeted by another guest service staff member, Guillaume, who ensured we had everything we needed. It was truly the pinnacle of hotel service! 5 stars.

It was such a lovely experience! One of best hotel I have ever stayed, hotel service is very considerate and thoughtful, me and my boyfriend were very surprised with the decorations they prepared in the room, Charlotte and her team really went out of her way to help us. Will definitely return!
