I requested a room facing Hankou Railway Station for a better view, and they arranged it accordingly and noted my preference. During my stay, I could contact the front desk anytime for any needs, which was very convenient. The facilities and amenities are also quite complete, including a 24-hour gym and laundry room. Takeout orders are delivered directly to the room by a robot after verifying the room number. Check-in and check-out procedures were also quite fast. All in all, very good."
