"Had a spontaneous idea to bring my child to the Hubei Provincial Museum, and this hotel's location was super convenient. Taxis were always quick to respond! There was a minor issue with the room, but the duty manager was incredibly patient and helped resolve it. Very satisfied! The concierge manager was also excellent. When we were leaving, he helped us wait for a taxi and loaded our luggage at the entrance. However, I was really unhappy with the female staff member wearing glasses at the wonton station during breakfast. My child excitedly said, 'Auntie, I want six wontons,' but she just had a straight face, didn't say anything, and then served a full bowl. My child was confused and told me she thought the lady heard her. I don't know what might have happened to that staff member, but it felt like she was taking her emotions out on customers."

"I can't believe this is a five-star hotel. I used a Ctrip room upgrade voucher, which was supposed to upgrade me from a Deluxe King Room to a Superior Deluxe King Room. However, I couldn't find any difference between the two in terms of room size or amenities. The most important thing is that the room's cleanliness was subpar. There were hairs on the sheets and duvet. When I called the front desk, there was no apology; they just sent an attendant to change them. Many areas of the room were dusty, and the new sheets and duvet covers were just carelessly placed on the tea counter and shoe cabinet. I don't want to criticize the attendant, but there's definitely a lack of proper training. The mini-bar had no drinks, no coffee packets, and no iron. Can you believe there was only one person at the front desk when I checked out? This employee left to attend to a previous guest, leaving me waiting at the front desk for several minutes. She said the other person had gone for a meal. All in all, I won't be coming back to Wanda."

"Ganlushan Hoshino Resorts | A truly terrible review, a complete disaster, avoid at all costs! I'm extremely disappointed with the Hoshino Resorts brand. This stay was awful, full of complaints, and I have to air them all out. 1. Chaotic parking, negligent security There's a severe shortage of parking spaces. Upon arrival, there were no spots, so I had to park on the street. The security guard was glued to his phone the entire time – no guidance, no directions, no proactive assistance. I had to find a spot myself. Zero service awareness. 2. Subpar dining, questionable hygiene The set buffet dinner was of extremely poor quality. The dishes were largely the same as breakfast, definitely not worth the price. During peak dining hours, there were long waits, and the restaurant seats were dirty. The dining experience was very bad. 3. Room odor, substandard cleanliness The bathroom had a distinct urine smell, indicating poor cleaning. As soon as I entered the room, I felt uncomfortable. This is completely unacceptable for a resort hotel. 4. Disturbing noise, sleepless nights Fireworks were still going off after 11 PM, and started again around 7-8 AM, constant noise. On top of that, the room's soundproofing was terrible; I could hear conversations from next door clearly. I didn't get any good sleep all night. I came here because of the Hoshino Resorts brand, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. The value for money is extremely low. I do not recommend staying here."

The rooms are clean and tidy, the bathtub is large enough to accommodate three people (for a family bath), and the decor is warm and tasteful, with attention to detail. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to transportation and short distances to nearby attractions, saving you a lot of travel time. The owner is warm and attentive, quickly resolving any issues. This guesthouse greatly enhanced my trip, and I've already recommended it to my friends!"

The hotel's location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, making it very convenient to visit Yellow Crane Tower and Xian'anfang. We asked to change rooms, and the staff were incredibly thoughtful, actively helping us move our luggage – we didn't have to lift a finger the whole time. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing in this bustling area was excellent. Heading out for sightseeing the next morning was especially hassle-free, and the service was attentive and warm. Staying here made our trip to Wuhan very reassuring, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Wuhan!"

"I chose the Yunfan Hotel online. The location is super convenient, right on Liangdao Street, and not far from the subway station. It's close to all the major attractions like Yellow Crane Tower, Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge, Tan Hualin, and the Xinhai Revolution Museum. You can even take a ferry from Zhonghua Road Wharf to Jianghan Customs. The front desk staff were really friendly, and the room was spotless. Overall, a great stay!"
