"The room decor is quite new, but the mattress was just okay. The location is excellent, which is why I stayed for two nights, extended for another, and booked two more rooms. However, due to a change in plans, when I tried to cancel one room the day before check-in, I faced a lot of resistance and excuses. Ctrip wasn't helpful and didn't handle it well. I even had to go back to the hotel to argue before they processed the refund, which was extremely disappointing! Plus, I found cigarette ash on both the first and twelfth floors. Hygiene: Follow-up was not timely."

"The hotel is right next to Sanyang Road subway station, very close to Line 1, while Line 7 requires a bit more walking. The room's cleanliness was fine, and the facilities were good. However, the layout was a bit odd, more like an apartment. The bedroom space was relatively small, with the main area of the suite being in the living room. Pictures 1, 2, and 3 are all photos from inside the room. Breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options, but it was pretty standard for a hotel of this class. The executive floor comes with executive lounge access. Afternoon tea mainly consisted of bread, pastries, and drinks, as shown in pictures 4 and 5. Dinner was a simple meal with a few dishes, not very lavish, but still good, as seen in picture 6. The ambiance of the executive lounge is shown in pictures 7, 8, and 9. Overall, I was quite satisfied."

"The room was spacious and very clean. I booked a river view room and the view was fantastic, especially at night with the beautiful lights across the bank. The service was excellent; the front desk staff were very welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were a breeze. The bed was super comfortable, especially the pillows – I slept so soundly that I'm already thinking of buying Atour's pillows. I'll definitely choose Atour again next time."
