"I'm only giving a bad review for the hot springs in the public area on the first floor! There are pictures to prove it. We went because of the two 6-hour hot spring tickets provided with the room. The staff at the entrance charged 118 RMB for an adult ticket for our 11-year-old child. At the same time, a 6-year-old boy in our group had to stay with his mother, and we were told they could only change clothes in the hallway before going in. What we saw inside was truly an eye-opener. We left without even touching the water. We requested a refund for the 11-year-old's adult ticket at the front desk, and it took half an hour for someone to assist us. Afterward, we just went back to our room to enjoy our private hot spring. How can they have the nerve to charge for such a sanitary standard? Not only is the pricing at the entrance unreasonable, but the service attitude is also terrible! I suggest everyone avoid the public hot springs to prevent being ripped off!"
