Very nice staff and very helpful
Good location, near from the Drum tower, food district and Bell tower
Accessible (metro is not far)
(not easy to find the first time from the main avenue)
Free self laundry
Room not very clean

The location is good as it is surrounded with lots of local food and also walking distance to the train station, bell tower etc. Breakfast spread though not a lot but is good enough for a quick n decent one. Room wise is decent.

It was a great experience. A great place for foreigners to stay - in fact, the most guests were Europeans. Breakfast was half European, half Chinese. Staff spoke English, everybody was really nice.

Staff were very helpful, we needed to get a taxi early in the morning and they arranged that for us! Could not have asked for a better location!

Very comfortable stay. Located near many attractions and inside a quiet neighbourhood. The room is spacious and amenities are true as advertised. Hotel service personnel are very helpful and welcoming. Near gu lou

We had a perfect stay at Campanile. Everything was excellent, very high standards of cleanliness and service. The shower's glass doors were always immaculate. Cleaning was done every day. Good products ñ, soft towels and linen. The hotel has a self laundry service which worked perfectly and left our clothes very nice. The breakfast was good but I would recommend adding more fresh fruits.

Breakfast is worth it to start the day, simple but efficient. Coffee needs impvoement, but there’s plenty of options around if you are a good coffee person.
The 6th floor smelled cigarette, but there are smokers in the rooms with the door open, something im not used to it. The room itself was clean and nice.

Nice hotel, great breakfast, right in the middle of most of the sights of Xi'an but still on a quiet street. The hotel stuff was very friendly and helpful. Great stay.

The hotel was great! Very friendly staff that helped us to get to the main attractions and order a cab to the train station. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel’s location was perfect for sighstseeing - it is located close to the good street food and a Muslim quarter, but it is not noisy at all. I recommend this place even for a longer stay!
