"We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel Bell Tower Xi’an. The highlight of our experience was the exceptional service from the staff, who were always warm, friendly, and helpful. A special mention goes to the concierge (we didn’t get his name)who went above and beyond by waiting with us until our Didi arrived to make sure we got into the correct car. That thoughtful gesture made us feel safe and well taken care of. The family room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing plenty of room for our family. We also appreciated the complimentary self-service washer and dryer, which was incredibly convenient during our trip. Another lovely touch was the complimentary afternoon tea, which was a nice way to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and thoughtful amenities in a great location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi’an."

"As the flagship W Hotel in Asia, W Xi'an truly lives up to its reputation. It's luxurious, grand, and pays great attention to detail. The front desk service was excellent, and the hidden door to the room was a unique touch. Housekeeping was always responsive to our requests, and there was an endless supply of complimentary bottled water. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the shower had great water pressure – very refreshing! A special mention goes to the 1.5-meter twin beds in the room, which were absolutely perfect for a family of three. This hotel genuinely puts effort into serving its guests, going beyond just superficial glamour. I loved it, and I'll definitely choose W Xi'an again on my next visit!"

"This hotel boasts an excellent location right next to a subway entrance, making travel incredibly convenient. The staff were also impressively warm and attentive. However, the hotel's signs aren't very prominent, and it took a little while to find my way on my first visit. I'd suggest adding more directional signs. Additionally, it would be even more helpful for guests if a map of nearby restaurants was provided. Overall, it offers great value for money and I'd recommend it to travelers who prioritize convenient transport and good service."

"I chose to travel during the off-peak season, and the package deal for this five-star hotel felt incredibly worth it. The location is just south of the 'Sleepless City' and only a two-minute walk from Intime City. Upon check-in, the front desk proactively offered an upgrade from a 1.2-meter bed to a twin room with 1.35-meter beds. Due to my train schedule, I was also able to get a late check-out until 2:00 PM. The hotel is quite large and offers a free laundry room, a professional gym, and a swimming pool. My mom and I even used these facilities on our last day. All three of the hotel's restaurants have special offers, like the German bar's 69-yuan BBQ and discounted葫芦鸡 (Húlu Jī) at the Chinese restaurant for hotel guests – definitely don't miss out! A special thank you to the kind front desk agent, Ms. KiKo Zheng Haoyue, who made me feel right at home!"

"We enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were clean and the staff were friendly and wore traditional Tang Dynasty clothing inside the hotel. They also offered buggy services to the restaurant that served breakfast and gave us an emperor’s pass for free admission into Huaqing Palace. The hot bath in the room was very nice. They also offered free desserts at night and stocked our rooms with drinks and fruits every morning. They also offered a freeTang Dynasty photoshoot in the style of the famous Yang Guifei. The only complaint I have is that I didn’t know how to use the AC. When the AC was set to auto with the snowflake icon, the room temperature went down below the set temperature, and with the sun icon and auto it went above the set temperature. With just the fan set to auto the room could not cool down."

"I chose the newly opened Lirui Hotel when I visited Huaqing Pool in Xi'an. Entering the lobby, I was immediately impressed; the overall design was very stylish. The front desk service was excellent, the room facilities were modern, and the bedding was impeccably clean. It also dispelled my concerns about unpleasant odors in a newly renovated hotel – there was absolutely no smell! This was wonderful for someone like me who is sensitive to smells! The breakfast was also very plentiful, with a wide variety of options, and the flavors were just right – delicious! There were even some Xi'an specialties! It was truly fantastic! This hotel choice completely exceeded my expectations! I'll definitely bring my family back to this hotel next time!"
