I will stay here, if I come to Xian again.
They are amazing! They are helpful without being intrusive. They advised, ordered a taxi, fixed tv, etc via WeChat translation. Very professional!
And the breakfast is memorable too. The salads are beautiful! There is also afternoon tea and noodles at night.
The location is good too. It’s close to the South Gate and the drum tower.
There is an amazing restaurant round the corner (粉巷13號陕菜馆·陕西人的待客菜, see Trip top local eats)
Thank you for making our very rainy and dark weekend in Xian so easy and light!

Most Hospitality Appreciation during our visit. We are grateful that your staff above and beyond to make us feel welcome your hospitality exceeded our expectations, especially thank to 主树恒 on my arrvial at 2 morning. He assist to talk to your other Branch Hotel where my cousin gather to meet us at the book Hotel here. setup hotel with to communicate。 沙毛毛 on my following morning communicate with China Mobile Felton getting feedback how to setup/roaming above, make me connectex at XIAN. Cleaning Staff at Floor 8, she clean clear and tidy our rooms daily. All your staff are very helpful and super sincere to us very helpful & super sure we recommend to our friends. Its walking disrance to Bell & Drum Tower. Best regards from room 8821 & 8822 (stay 8~15Mar24

This is a wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. Every single staff member was kind, professional and helpful. They are lovely people who made our stay so much better than we expected. The hotel room was spacious, modern and sound proof. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. Not too hard and not too soft, and huge. Two armchairs and a separate day bed gave us plenty of room to relax in our room. The shower had excellent pressure. The projection TV was fantastic. This hotel is also incredibly good value for money. The only negative was people smoking downstairs near the meal area. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Xi’an.

Hotel location is good as it is opposite the drum tower. Bell tower is also not far. A lot of convenient stores, restaurants, food stores and food streets (at night) are located in this area. Room is clean and big with the big projector. All amenities are provided. Hotel staff are very helpful and have the service mind. We are happy to stay here and will stay here next time.

Location 10/10
Aircon was weak. The sofa bed was awful as a “bed” for 3rd guest. Mattress was very thin. Room lighting was very dark. Building construction just next door very noisy. The snacks are very basic. No safe provided. I will only pick this again for the location and nothing else.

We feel welcome here in this hotel. Xiao Li and Maomao at the reception did the check in and check out fast. They are very friendly and helpful. This hotel is very clean, the room is big and strategic location.
We definitely will come back to this hotel on our next visit.
