Xiamen Xinan Yihao Hotel (Xiamen Railway Station MixC Store)

The hotel is very nice and clean the staff friendly and trying to help

Special thanks to the front counter staff, Summer, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist made a significant difference to our overall experience. Honestly, without her excellent service, I would not have given this hotel such a high rating. However, the most unpleasant part of our stay was the breakfast experience and the service at the restaurant. The service was disappointing and did not meet the standard expected from a “5-stars” hotel.

Finally star level is correct this time. It's a 5 star! room is a good size, new, clean, smart useful layout. Has a real fridge that actually cool your drinks cold. Got nothing negative to say about this hotel. Was a good rest stay for me.

The room is clean and comfortable. The staffs are kind. They even prepare some decorations for my birthday! It's a walking distance to wenzao metro station but BRT station is right in front the hotel. Very convenient for travellers to take public transportation.

BTS is just outside the hotel and one stop away from Xiamen Railway Station. Walking distance to Robinsons Department Store & MixC. Many eateries around the hotel. The free coffee lounge, gym & laundry are on 2nd floor. Enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Thanks to counter staff Summer for giving us directions and suggestions.

We had a wonderful stay at the Xiamen Xinan Yihao Hotel. The spacious and nicely furnished rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. The second floor boasted a laundry with all the necessary amenities and a gym, both perfect for fussy travellers. The location was incredibly convenient, just a 10-minute walk to the MixC shopping mall and surrounded by a variety of eateries. I highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The location is very convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. I also found the bed and overall environment very comfortable, allowing me to relax completely. A great bonus is the free self-service laundry, which made my stay even more convenient. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay, and I would happily return.

Hotel location is very good. Room is clean. And hotel staff miss manner and miss lucy is very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Good location. 💯 a lot of restaurants and shops at the back of the hotel. Across BRT station. Luckin Coffee is 100m away from the hotel. Free laundry is a plus (see photos)  They also gave my son a welcome gift lego. Such a thoughtful gesture. Would definitely book here when we’re goong back to Xiamen.
