There were no toiletries like razors or combs in the room. The complimentary orange was very old. The shower drain was also an issue; it would clog every time I took a shower. When I forgot something after check-out and asked for help retrieving it, everyone just passed the buck. Overall, not a good experience!"

"Traveling from Guilin to Xiamen by bullet train was super convenient. I just exited Xiamen Station's South Square and the hotel was right there – no navigation needed, it was incredibly easy to find! Great location. Spent two days exploring. Took the 'sea subway' (metro) which was a cool experience, and the Ten-Mile Embankment was beautiful and definitely worth visiting, even with a bit of light rain. Enjoyed some snacks at Jimei University Town. Visited Gulangyu Island, taking a 17-minute taxi ride to the ferry terminal. Walked all over the island, soaking in the beautiful scenery. Also went to Zhongshan Road and Shapowei; they weren't crowded at all, which was nice. And visited Nanputuo Temple. Overall, I had a fantastic trip. The hotel service was excellent, great value for money, and it's a new property. It was very convenient for getting to all the nearby attractions. As a 4-star hotel, it's definitely worth staying at."
