"Our overall stay had both pleasant surprises and some disappointments, not quite meeting our expectations for a 5-star hotel. The family twin room we booked wasn't originally designed as such; it was a king room with an additional small bed. This extra bed made the room feel quite cramped, and the mattress on the small bed was firm, which negatively impacted sleep quality. The room lighting was generally dim, and the lighting design felt outdated. Many areas had insufficient light, making it inconvenient when organizing luggage or looking for items. Regarding the paid breakfast, the staff service was quite attentive, and the food tasted decent, slightly better than what you'd find at an All Seasons hotel. However, for the price point, the variety of dishes was limited, so the value for money wasn't great. There was also a minor oversight where soy sauce and vinegar were mixed up, indicating that attention to detail in management could be improved. The complimentary bottled water provided was Ice Dew, which is commonly found in mid-range hotels, lacking the premium feel expected from a 5-star establishment. Objectively, the hotel's location is good, the staff are friendly, and the hygiene is acceptable. However, the modified room type, lighting, and breakfast significantly lowered the overall experience. Paying 5-star prices, the actual experience fell short. For those planning to book a family twin room, I recommend confirming if it's an original twin room layout before booking, to avoid the modified add-bed rooms. Breakfast can be considered based on your preferences, but the value is average. Overall, it's not uninhabitable, but I hope the hotel can optimize these details to truly live up to its 5-star positioning, which would encourage future stays."

"They offer a shuttle service, and the driver was incredibly friendly. The front desk service was excellent; they even escorted us to our private room. When we checked out, I left some clothes behind, and they kindly called to ask if I wanted them back. Once they knew I did, they immediately arranged for SF Express to ship them to me. The breakfast was plentiful, and the staff working there were exceptionally kind."

"The hotel facilities are new. I enjoyed a comfortable run on the treadmill in the gym in the morning; it even has mirrors. As the front desk mentioned at check-in, the laundry room is on the second floor and includes dryers, which is very convenient. The lobby also offers a self-service coffee machine, perfect for a refreshing cup in the afternoon. The room is equipped with wireless charging and a full-length mirror. Oh, and a robot delivers takeout to your room, which is incredibly convenient!"

"The bed in this hotel is absolutely unbearable, it felt like a thin mattress on a hard wooden board. When I asked the staff, they said all the beds were like this. I really hope Trip.com would properly evaluate hotels before assigning star ratings, as I've never slept on such a terrible bed. It's completely inconsistent with what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. I've stayed in many hotels, and none had a bed like this. On top of that, the hotel facilities are old. There was a constant rumbling sound, like a subway passing by, which I suspect was the air conditioning unit's outdoor compressor vibrating. It wasn't extremely loud, but it felt like it was right next to my ear, and it persisted even after turning off the AC. I barely slept all night. If you have trouble sleeping, do not stay here. This bed is the kind that won't let anyone sleep in; my child woke up before 5 AM! This was the worst experience ever! The rating for this place is definitely too high!"

"First, the positives: The location is excellent, with food, entertainment, and sights all within easy reach. Now for the negatives: I had really looked forward to this stay, but last night's experience was incredibly disappointing! Between 8 PM and 10 PM, there was a group of people on the second and third floors making a huge racket, shouting loudly and piercingly. I'm not sure if they were playing cards or having a drunken gathering, but the noise lasted a full two hours. I almost called the police. Following the principle of avoiding trouble, I even wondered if this place was involved in illegal activities. As an out-of-towner, I was genuinely concerned. The room's soundproofing wasn't great to begin with, so everything was clearly audible inside, and I barely got a few hours of sleep all night. Just when it finally quieted down, renovation noises started up, clanging and banging – it was absolutely maddening. You could ask other guests who stayed that night if they felt the same way. Throughout all this, I didn't see any staff come to mediate or manage the situation. This is a hotel, a place for lodging, not a bar. How can such noise be allowed to disrupt guests' rest? My good mood was completely ruined. I hope your hotel seriously addresses these issues to help maintain the good image of this beautiful tourist destination."
