"This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none. There's nothing around except a gas station. On the day of check-in, I discovered a leak after showering. When I contacted the front desk, they only told me to open the drain. Because it was late, I dried the water myself. The leak recurred the next day. I contacted the front desk again, and they sent a cleaning service, but told me the maintenance and responsible staff had already left and it would be resolved the next day. After repeated negotiations, they said they could change my room. The room they changed to was even worse. There were leftover takeout bags from the previous guest behind the sofa cushions, and hair from the previous guest on the bathroom drain and walls. The internet was intermittent. The next day, the manager came and explained that room 1209 had been repaired multiple times. Why give a guest a room that hasn't been fixed? Knowing it was a room that had been repaired multiple times, why didn't they send someone to check it on the day of the leak instead of just giving a perfunctory response? Why didn't they help us change rooms immediately after the leak, requiring multiple negotiations? The most ridiculous thing is the hotel's WeChat messages asking for positive reviews—all they ask is to copy and paste. Are all these positive reviews fake? If you want customer satisfaction, you should improve your work and management first."

"This was by far the worst Ji Hotel I've ever stayed at. There was a huge bug in the room, it looked like a rove beetle but without wings, so I'm not sure what it was. Getting into the parking lot was also a hassle; we waited forever for the gate to open. It took several attempts for the camera to read our license plate, and I honestly thought no one was at the guard booth. Turns out, the security guard was just sitting inside. After finally parking, we were told we couldn't park on the hotel side and had to move to the street side. I didn't think we were blocking anything, but fine, we moved to the very back. The next morning, someone had parked in our spot, which we weren't even allowed to park in, and they were double-parked (even though we weren't allowed to double-park before!). As you can see in the picture, there was barely any space between the two cars. We were in a hurry that morning, and getting our car out from the very back was a real test of driving skills."

"I've always preferred staying at established hotels (great locations and good dining options), and this one certainly didn't disappoint. Located in the city center, opposite a plaza and garden, and a 10-minute walk from People's Park, it's perfect for an evening stroll. All three branches of Pang Donglai are only 2-3 kilometers away, and I finally got to visit the incredibly popular Pang Donglai! The hotel room was spacious, and they even provided fruit. A special mention goes to the hotel's Chinese restaurant: retired people tend to eat dinner early, so we went to the restaurant around 5 pm, but there was no one there. We asked the lobby manager, who immediately called the restaurant to inform them that we had hotel guests wanting to dine. The restaurant promptly turned on the lights and warmly welcomed us. Seeing that there were only two of us, they even told us not to order too much. We had authentic Yellow River carp and mutton stew noodles – delicious! Overall, a great experience!"
