My baby was sleeping in the room in the morning, so I went out. I guess my baby was not being honest when sleeping. I went outside the diaper pad and peed on the bed. The housekeeping department asked me to change rooms. Their attitude was very good. They said that I could just tell the front desk to change rooms. I went to the front desk to explain the situation, but the service attitude at the front desk was not special. Okay, they told me to change me to a very quiet room, but they changed me to a very noisy room. There were firecrackers, trumpets and drums in the afternoon until after 11 o'clock in the evening, and there were firecrackers again at about 5 o'clock in the morning. The sound of trumpets and drums is a particularly bad experience"

"The triple room was really good, perfect for our family of four. The cleanliness was excellent, and the design was very well thought out. They even offer a shuttle service to and from Pang Dong Lai (a local department store/supermarket). Getting around from here is pretty convenient; all three Pang Dong Lai stores are not far, and it’s easy to get to them using a shared bike. There's a lamb soup restaurant next to the hotel – can't recall the name, but it was delicious. We spent a day at Baoquan Scenic Area and then did some shopping at Pang Dong Lai."

"Seriously, I don't recommend this place. Don't go there! The hygiene is absolutely terrible. When we opened the door, the whole room smelled incredibly pungent like cigarette smoke – it was awful! The room was also incredibly itchy. The white sheets were slightly yellowed, and there were holes in them (the photos don't really show it). The carpet was disgusting, and the toiletries were of very poor quality; the toothbrush bristles were deformed. The carpet in the hallway was also filthy. Absolutely horrible! This is a must-try!"

"We booked three rooms for two consecutive nights. On the third day, we wanted to extend our stay for one more night. However, the price for each room on Ctrip had increased by over 50 yuan compared to the original booking. We discussed this with the hotel front desk, hoping to extend our stay at the original price, but they clearly stated that they could not accommodate this and could only offer a slight adjustment based on the increased price on the platform. We had four elderly people in our group, one of whom was nearly 80 years old and required a wheelchair, making it difficult for them to move around. Changing hotels and moving four suitcases would have been very inconvenient and physically taxing for them. However, the hotel did not offer any discount for extending our stay and did not consider our two-night stay or the special difficulties of the elderly and mobility-impaired guests. We were left with no choice but to either pay the increased price or move to another hotel with our elderly companions. After so many years of booking hotels on Ctrip, this was the only time we had such a poor experience. We sincerely hope that both the platform and the hotel can pay more attention to the actual difficulties faced by elderly travelers and handle extension requests reasonably."
