Vienna International Hotel (Yan'an Shenglong Railway Station)

Very convenient location, 5 minutes walks from Yan An Railway station. Though is not in the main CBD, can catch many buses to go downtown. We had booked a non smoking room, but was given a smoking room instead, when we asked for the change, hotel staff sent housekeeping to take away ash tray and spray the room with air freshener which didn’t work and said that it was beyond their control if others to smoke inside the room. After some insistence then only the staff acceded to our request. The recovery service was then followed with daily provision of fresh salads and breakfast voucher which we were much appreciated for these token.

酒店出去轉左行約 4 分鐘便抵， 酒店門前有紅綠燈， 方便。活動完坐至「柳林」公車站，回酒店方便。酒店前台也可代訂「延安保育院」歌舞劇票。 酒店行去火車站至景點如 「棗園」、「延安1938」、「延安革命館」也方便。報一天游接送方便。 職員及服務員態度親切， 執房後，還有生果放在房間桌上！ 有次厠所稍塞（自己排太多）,服務員很快便抵， 非常好。

酒店整體感覺不錯。 細緻須改善，管理須跟上。 房間馬桶蓋鬆動，浴液洗髮水極少量，紙巾盒已經極少量，洗臉盆水塞太鬆動總是蓋着。 有望做得更好👍

房間乾淨衞生，服務周到，入住當天收穫一份爰心水果，離火車站很近，走路幾分鐘即可，維也納酒店飯菜可口，性價比高。
