Excellent experience! Very nice staff, very very clean, fully equipped. No smoke of cigarettes, the hotel actually smelled very nicely and fresh. The rooms are clean and completely new.
Front desk lady helped us a lot with getting transported!
Highly recommend!
The beds are a bit hard but that's the standard in China, they're very comfortable still and new. So it's just their preference I assume.
Loved the M60 Plus toilet !

Great location and excellent facilities. Loved the top floor terrace. Breakfast was good too. Would stay there again.

Excellent hotel in the middle of town. We have stayed at many Orange hotels in different cities and this is the best one. The hotel is brand new and facilities are the most complete, one of the best local chain hotels in China. The service is prompt and friendly even for the super peak period we stayed here, and as usual love the free tangerines! Highly recommended hotel.

hotel is clean and very new, facilities are modern. location is also convenient, near to west street. will come back again. there are washing machine and dryer for hotel guests to use, so its quite good for me that I dont need to carry many clothes for traveling.

They did not provide services to all the guest - some provided free breakfast, and some did not. Some guests did not pre purchase breakfast, but the reception provided as well.

We arrived from the Li River cruise. BE prepared for lots of steps and a busy market at the top
We took a didi to Orange hotel ( be aware that there are 2 by the same name so specify the address). This hotel has a magnificent view yet is right in the middle of easy food options. Very clean and spacious.
