Enjoyed our stay with excellent customer service. Helped us to arrange 2 days of tours. We really had a great time taking a cruise to Yangli. The outing at Ruyi Peak is such a memorable experience. Best part is the electric bike adventure. Our driver is very entertaining.Breakfast at outdoor is awesome with scenic n captivating view of mountains. Xiao Wei, Xiao Lu n other front desk staff are very helpful n attended to every queries We loved the dessert served to the room every night. The room is very spacious and clean. Shuttle service to West Street n nearby eateries is a plus. Not forgetting the free photo shooting by Foxlook. They did a winderful job in the last minute request before check out. Photo turns out very nice. Overall, we love Yangshuo n staying at this hotel is the best experience away from city. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again.

First of all, their 270-degree viewing room is absolutely bright! The room is super big and the view is stunning! It’s simply a paradise for ins style! 😍 And their infinity pool is amazing! But the season I came here was too cold, but I can imagine that it would be comfortable and fun to swim in it🏊♀️ Also, you can’t miss the hotel’s rooftop rooftop when you come to this hotel! This is definitely a great place to take photos! My circle of friends was flooded with photos! 📸 And the photographer is free! free! free! 💕 I love the rice field boss so much! I really understand girls’ hearts ❤️ Moreover, the service in this hotel is also very considerate! There are several sets of clothes you can change into in the store, so you can definitely take some super beautiful photos! 😉 Best of all, this hotel has just been renovated, and the 22-year-old freshness is hard to put down! Beautifully restored sugar factory turned hotel with amazing hospitality and activities. We spend the day in the hotel, joined the free photography session, candle class and tour of the hotel. Joined rock climbing, which was very scary, but the instructor is knowledgeable. Each guest has a personal Assisant. Alyssa was very helpful in helping us schedule and organise actives. The hotel is in a secluded area, you will need to travel by taxi to other destinations (10min-1hour). Personally I dont think it was too noisy even though there is traffic but the road outside. There is night time firework session. The breakfast buffet had amazing selection. For a hotel located in the forest there is surprisingly little mosquitoes. It’s better to schedule the photoshoot during the day as it gets too dark for pics at night.

Ambiance/Facilities - This is a very fancy looking hotel. From the lobby to the bedroom. I was very impressed. They have a wonderful pool and kiddie pool 🏊🏽‍♀️, gym, laundry .etc. Highlights - Definitely the pool 🏊🏽‍♀️ The breakfast was good but mostly Chinese cuisine with a little Western sprinkled in.

We had a wonderful stay at banyan tree. I have a 2 year old boy and he enjoyed his stay very much. There’s lots of small animals at the hotel and a very nice fish pond with ducks and peacocks. The hotel room is very spacious and we have a backyard as well which is very lovely. One of the highlights of the stay is my personal assistant Emily, she’s super quick in response and helped me every day with my sudden requests of questions. Special thanks to Emily and the manager Ailsa who managed to find my lost ring at the mini golf area. The chance of finding a lost ring from the grass area is almost close to zero but you guys amazingly went out there and got it for me! Thank you so much for your service and I truly appreciate it!!

The hotel is in really nice location, close to West street, like 2 minutes away. I liked to room and design of it. Breakfast was tasty, even have western breakfast meals. Everything was clean and perfect. Stuff speaks English and always welcomed us ❤️ Here are some pictures of the vies from our room abs what you can see not far from the hotel. Hotel is in a strategic location - on a side street off West Street. Room was clean and hotel offers free flow of hot and cold beverages. What really stand out was the excellent service provided by the reception staff. Staff from both shifts tried their very best to help when I had connection problems with my handphone. They helped me to rent a bicycle; the male staff even went as far as to help me in getting a comfortable start for the 20 mile gallery cycling experience.

We are a sophomore and a small stay, the room and bed size are OK, very comfortable! All toiletries are available! There is bath salt! Front desk service and breakfast buffet service are also very thoughtful! Convenient location for self-driving and play! Look at the old hotel's business methods are generous, the price is very fair, and the service is better than the big hotels or those park groups! There is free apple and sand candy orange supply, free travel photography (Sky Mirror @ Yulong River), the photographer is very respectful, and free bicycles (bikes) are provided. Saturday night there is a free BBQ barbecue party, very special! In addition, I found that the food cooked in the restaurant is also delicious, and there is no need to forage everywhere! The room, the service and the location is all excellent!!! Even the breakfast is delicious! And the daily afternoon tea at the roof top is a must try!! The view is amazing. From the time we check in, the lady help us carry our suitcase to our room, told us about our room and even told us to go upstairs to have afternoon tea despite not 2pm yet. They also help me book the trip up the xianggong mountain for sunrise because I don't have local number. People here are very friendly and go the extra miles, even help me with my package that was being delivered to this hotel from another hotel. Location wise - less than 10 mins walk to West Street where you can find lots of things to eat and buy. View - excellent! We have the balcony so it was great to watch sunrise and sunset. Remember to go up to the roof top, it worth it!! I wish we have better weather, as both nights when we were there, it was heavy fog so could not see the sunrise/sunset colors that I wanted. Breakfast - Amazing!! Very delicious and fulfilling. We are vegetarian, so we asked them not to put meat and didn't want the soup. It is also a buffet styles too, so you can pick whatever you like to eat.. good healthy selection. Overall, enjoyed the stay here and would definitely want to come back when we have better weather.

The staff at the hotel was exceptionally nice and helpful. The location is close enough to Yangshuo but also in a nice and quite area. It take around 20-30 minutes by foot to West Street but you can also use the free rental bikes, the free shuttle or take a taxi. The pool is very nice and clean, very suitable for swimming. The breakfast buffet was also really good with a nice variety. We enjoyed the view from the roof terrace every morning. The rooms are very spacious and clean with a nice and big bathroom as well. Everything was very well maintained and clean. There were a lot of other foreign tourists and the staff all spoke English.

Very close to west street and the hospital to do the covid test. Friendly staff that although doesn’t speak English we could communicate through wechat. The hotel has scooters 🏍 you can rent for 30 ¥ the day and that are so helpful to move around in Yangshuo!. The hotel helped me book tickets for different attractions, and they had a little discount. I want to thank the hotel for helping me go to the hospital and get a paper copy of my covid result when I had already left the city and couldn’t take my train to come back to Beijing . Thank you so much 💕💕💕.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful pool. Staff very nice and helpful - using a translate program to communicate. Only negative - 5th floor with no elevators and twice room card did not work and had to go back down 5 floors to get it fixed. Breakfast is Chinese but plenty of food for the set meal. They even gave us a surprise parting gift of some things, I think from their farm, rice and medicine ball for tea.

Very nice location in middle of the Yangshuo mountain area. Comfortable rooms and style. Pool with nice view, even though it seems not often used by travelers. Afternoon tea and coffee, restaurant for dinner available and breakfast based on needs or with local noodle soup. (Beer is a little expensive compared to others). Next to the hotel you can find bicycle lines or just for a simple walk. Bamboo rafting is about 20min walking away, make sure you are early! It’s more common to use E bikes now, standard bikes are a little bit old because of this, nevertheless one or two Mountainbikes would be great … For foreigners, „Mini“ is a great contact and helps for whatever is needed from check-in to even beyond leave. Make sure you get in contact with her and the travel will be just fun at the „countryside“ of Yangshuo. (If you come by boat, spend one hour in the city and take Didi to the hotel to enjoy the landscape)

Great hotel in many ways. Dehumidifier provided. Nice furniture. Breakfast is by the river. Chinese breakfast was better. Juice is fresh. Great view . Best hotel in Yangshuo. We rented bikes and it was delivered. We had fun . I would recommend and stay here. Garden area is great for children. I will try room with balcony next time.

The room was beautiful with a great view. Emily at reception was super helpful. Our room was really hot at night and the hotel had not started cooling yet but they made an exception for us and allowed us to use the cooling feature of the AC. They provided all showering gels- shampoo conditioner body wash and lotions. The beds were perfectly soft and not too hard. The western food upstairs was good and they had a spa in the hotel. Short walk to west street. They prepared the car to take to the airport which was the same price as Didi (not upcharged) so leaving was very easy. Emily gave us a gift from Guilin when we left. 100% recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

We had a great stay. The location is beautiful, rural, overlooking the river and underneath a mountain. It’s 20 minutes walk to the city and 15 minutes walk to the awesome “secret beach” you can’t miss. We rented bikes from a place across the road which was convenient. The staff were lovely. Lots of unique handmade touches in the rooms and hotel, making it feel more personal than other places. If you’re looking for a relaxing retreat, this is a great choice.

The hotel environment is very good, with green trees, birds singing and insects chirping. You can see the Yulong River from the balcony, and you can see many bamboo rafts floating on the river every day. It takes 5 minutes to get to Jiefang Bridge. There are many tourists watching the sunset on the bridge. It is also very convenient to rent a battery car nearby, 30 yuan a day. The room is large, the breakfast has a variety of varieties and tastes good. For dinner, it is recommended to eat the farmhouse dishes at the door for economical and delicious. It is about 15 minutes by car from Yangshuo West Street. The hotel shuttle bus is scheduled and fixed, so this section of transportation is not very convenient, especially for us elderly people with poor legs and feet. The short shuttle from the West Street Cruise Terminal to the hotel cost nearly 70 for 4 people (15 yuan per person for the scenic area battery car + 8 yuan for Didi taxi).

Location is great, walking distance to west street and can take an electric bike to access lots of places nearby. The hotel states on trip.com that children are not allowed at this hotel. However in reality this is not true. There were many children staying here. The pool area is nice but very shallow. It’s only suitable for paddling. Rooms very modern and clean , the daily room cleaning service is also of a high standard. The hotel can be a little noisy as sound seems to travel easily throughout. I would stay here again as it was good value for the price.

The hotel is nice and central, and not too far from west street. If your room is unsatisfactory then you can just ask them for another (ours was humid because they washed the carpets). Self laundry services is available but you will need to take hangers from your room. They have a pool on the roof but it’s also only knee deep and can get pretty hot on summer days. Overall it was a nice stay and the staff are very helpful.

We spent two nights here on Summer Holiday and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite close to most of the tourist attractions and they even offer rentals of motorcycles for you to rove around the town. As for the room, being small but it’s excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would differently recommend this hotel to those who want to explore Yangshou. This hotel is also perfect for a family trip as they have playground and pool which the kids would love to enjoy. Kudos to all the staff for being so helpful and to the GM, Dir thank you for your great assistance with us during our stay.

The hotel is located by the river, between West Street and Yulong River. It is very convenient to go out. The hotel has a quiet environment and an elevator. Although it is in a village, the decoration is very simple and modern. Breakfast is delivered when you check in, and the service is comparable to a five-star hotel. We chose this hotel because it has its own parking lot, which is a rare location on West Street. The hotel is 1.1 kilometers away from West Street, so it is very quiet. There are too many people on West Street and it’s too chaotic. We took a 14-yuan taxi ride from the hotel to Jima Pier and took a bamboo rafting ride, which was very convenient. The hotel was opened in 2021. It is very new, the rooms are large, and the breakfast is really good, combining Chinese and Western styles. The bus driver dropped us off in the suburbs 30 minutes from the bus station and a taxi kindly forced us to get into the car in front of lots of people who were pushing us to take this ”fake taxi” who made us pay 50CNY! I think it's a scam to rip off tourists... Despite this downside Yangshuo is a nice little town especially if you like noise and entertainment ;)
