Seclusive Life Yangzhou Resort

The place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.

The resort grounds are beautiful. The room was great with the outside tub. It was very far from town and we could not get a Didi to come there so we had to take a bus to go to splendid west lake. I booked a room that said it came with free flow mini bar, fishing, biking and entry into the wetlands. There was no minibar and when I asked, they brought us two bags of chips and sodas. This is not what I call free flow or a bar. I complained to trip and they eventually sent us a bottle of wine. I never received any info about the fishing or biking, even though I asked. There is no entry fee to the wetlands so I’m not sure why they put this as a perk. Also, the bar out front was closed and the lobby bar only had fruit beer. There was a sign with 20 drinks listed but everything was out. The restaurant was amazing and the most positive experience. Great food and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was awesome. The restaurant had beverages but they do not open until 6 PM. I would not stay here again based on my experience.

What a amazing resort , one of my best holiday place to live . Far away from city busyness . Wonderful location , staff is wonderful . Such a beauty . Highly recommended.

房間空間比想象的大，還有專門喝茶的地方，室內温泉，設施齊全，環境優美，關鍵服務特別好，都是車子接送，前台服務熱情，尤其是前台小孫不厭其煩，給客户周到的服務，點贊👍🏻南通的朋友住的很開心，非常愉快的旅行！

設施：設備很齊全 看了網上的差評還以為會不值得沒想到非常好 感覺玩兩天都玩不完 時間比較緊張都沒有呆夠 下雨天很美 張張出片 衞生：很乾凈 會有小蟲子 馬上就來人處理了 環境：園林很大 早飯很好吃 距離景點一柵欄之隔 可以騎雙人自行車 服務：管家小孫 超級超級超級超級好 跟對象和媽媽一起來的 回家一路女朋友和媽媽都在誇管家小孫 太貼心了 早上我和女朋友起的晚 衹有媽媽一個人 小孫給母親介紹附近各種可以體驗的設施景色 開小車車送她過去 開小車接 體驗按摩 參觀小動物 還給贈送了咖啡等等 因為是跟母親一起 沒有分開住 所有的一切都是按照3個人的分給的 一般酒店會要加錢或是衹有2個人的餐點 小孫管家門票都是給的三張 沒有任何能挑出來毛病的地方 酒店10分滿分的話管家小孫佔8分 物超所值 服務周到 以後來揚州還會選擇這家酒店和管家小孫

住的是乾隆帝房間，清明價格4758 衞生：要求3點入住已經夠晚的了，我們到達的時候是3點10來分，有個經理在檢查房間，進到大廳結果就看到了圖一桌子上一大團污漬，經理無言以對，贈送下午茶以表歉意。晚上就是圖二臭蟲突然出現在卧室的毛巾上，*** 設施：要啥啥不行，電視卧室和客廳的一個打不開，一個衹能看開機畫面，如圖三，卧室的沒有拍；然後圖四我卧室的淋浴無論如何嘗試都不出熱水，另一個卧室是有的；圖五是另一個卧室的燈控系統故障，晚上睡覺過程中燈亮了兩次，嚴重影響睡眠，還有那個卧室的燈也關不掉 服務：沒有服務羣，我嘗試聯繫也無果，衹有個管家加了微信一對一服務，還總是愛搭不理不回消息 環境：最後一項總歸有點好的吧，然而還是差評，乾隆帝位於園區的最外側，旁邊就是一牆之隔的一片工地，屋裡屋外無任何近景 綜上所述，此處徹底垮掉，太拉了，****💩哦最後我們和前台反饋了下，衹是塞了個伴手禮搪塞一下，無濟於事好嘛

入住以後，發現房間特別大，衞生間也很大，而且私湯也夠大。管家全程服務，從入住幫拿行李，到進房間教怎麼用加熱飲用水，關照泡湯時間，還有應我們要求加了床被子。這個酒店還可以免費騎自行車，我們騎去逛了櫻花大道。還借了飛盤去隔壁生態園玩。最要感謝的是管家小孫，在我們退房後，還特別拿來了娃在酒店做的小餅乾，其實我們做好都忘記了。一看我們的行李多，她還開電瓶車把我們送到停車場。服務貼心，下次還會來。唯一不足是吹風機，可以換大功率的高速吹風機。現在家裡都用慣了，很多酒店都是戴森，可以考慮改進。

環境還可以，泡澡很舒服。設施略顯老舊，空調沒什麼用，直接關掉了。房間香味有點濃。旁邊餐廳就餐，價位適中，口感略鹹了些。

非常好的一次體驗，世外桃源的感覺，心曠神怡，酒店外部環境得天獨厚的連結了鳳凰島生態濕地公園，日落的時候波光粼粼，交相映襯，酒店設施服務更無可挑剔，燕子管家的微笑服務令人有種回家的感覺，酒店內免費提供各種家庭親子，朋友聚會活動，單車騎行，垂釣🎣，乒乓球，桌球，小孩子手工藝………，等等等等，客房裡的温泉，是我體驗過後最好的一次，房間裝修風格，底藴都滿足了我內心的寧靜！待到三月底櫻花🌸盛開的季節，我一定帶上我的好友，再次相約！
