"We arrived at the hotel at midnight, but the front desk was super efficient with check-in and even upgraded our room type. The hotel is very new, and the facilities are excellent. All the light switches in the room light up automatically when you get close, so you don't have to fumble around in the dark trying to find them. It's a really thoughtful design. Our stay was fantastic!"

"The front desk staff were very welcoming, the location is great, it offers good value for money, and the service is top-notch. We visited during Chinese New Year, and when we checked in, the kids could write 'fu' characters (good fortune) in the lobby. The front desk even proactively offered a complete set of toiletries for the children and informed guests that they could help with laundry. Every little detail showed the excellent service awareness of a good hotel. Five-star rating! I highly recommend Licheng to all friends visiting Yili! 👍🏻"

"Fantastic stay here! Staff were all really helpful, friendly and prompt with helping any of our request. The room was really super clean and modern. There’s multiple supermarkets, convenience shops, food shops just right outside the hotel making it super convenient. Breakfast and supper are fantastic as well. I can’t recommend this place enough, it’s really value for money and you will surely have a good time staying here."

"Traveling during the off-season, this hotel offers incredible value for money at its price point. It's conveniently located not far from both the train station and Liuxing Street. I arrived in Yining by train from Urumqi early in the morning, and it was still dark when I got to the hotel. The front desk was kind enough to allow me to check in early. During my stay, they even brought a complimentary fruit platter with grapes. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!"

Sitting by the window, watching the snowflakes fall into the courtyard, was just delightful. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hotel's location near Liuxing Street was convenient, and parking was easy. Definitely a five-star rating!"

"The front desk staff were proactive in their service, contacting me a day in advance to ask about my needs and offering a complimentary upgrade, which was very thoughtful. The hotel facilities are new and stylish, with many Instagrammable spots, perfect for photos. The buffet restaurant on B1 offers a wide variety for both breakfast and dinner, but it lacks some local specialties like 'guoyou mian' or minced meat noodles. The beverage selection could also be improved."

"This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I booked for a total of ten nights and regretted paying for the remaining nights upfront on the first day because I arrived too late and was too tired to bother with it. As a result, all three rooms had terrible views of a wasteland. And then there's the birthday amenity issue. Other hotels would decorate for your birthday week or even month, but when I mentioned it over the phone, they specifically emphasized that we were staying until the 29th, which wasn't my actual birthday. It's only two days apart, is that really an issue? Couldn't some guests just have vacation during that time and celebrate early? It really put me in a bad mood, even though they eventually decorated the bed with a small elephant and birthday message (thanks to the staff who did that). Finally, we went to Sayram Lake for two days in the middle of our stay. When we returned, perhaps because it was late, there was no bellhop to help with our luggage on both check-ins. That's fine, but then when we checked out in the afternoon, there was still no bellhop to help with our luggage. Maybe I should apply to be a bellhop at your hotel – such a leisurely job with such early off-hours, teach me your ways! 🙃 Please see the picture, there's not a single person at the entrance in broad daylight. I suspect the purpose of Even Hotels is to make guests at the Intercontinental next door feel like they got their money's worth, and to make guests at Even Hotels feel so unbearable that they switch to the Intercontinental next door 🙃. I will never stay here again."

"The hotel surroundings are quite lovely, with a lake nearby and not far from the Ili River. There's also a park that's perfect for a leisurely stroll and sightseeing. We were pleasantly surprised to find a light show in the park too!"

"The bathroom facing the bed was a bit awkward, but everything else was great. The garden was cozy, and the owners were very welcoming. The location is in the bustling Liuxing Street, suitable for shoppers. However, cars aren't allowed nearby, so it's not suitable for those driving. Traffic is extremely congested nearby, and there's no parking available."

"I stayed at Hengyu Xiangyue Hotel for 4 nights. What impressed me most was that it was hard to remember the name 😂! The most satisfying thing is: quiet, which is the biggest satisfaction for people like me who have poor sleep quality! The location of the hotel is very good. It takes about 5 minutes to drive from Yining Airport. There are many places to eat around. It is also convenient to go to Liuxing Street, which is about 1 km away and can be reached by foot. There is a parking lot at the entrance of the hotel, but there are not many parking spaces. If there is no space, the security uncle will come out to guide parking. The breakfast is simple, with eggs, buns, and millet porridge."

It's not too far from LiuXing Street, and the little courtyard has swing chairs and a few cats, which makes for a very relaxed atmosphere. Overall, the environment is fantastic."

"That was an amazing stay! The location is very peaceful, we were staying during Nauryz celebrations, that’s why there was such a cozy atmosphere, people wearing national costumes. The hotel looks very modern. My expectations were really low because I booked hotel at last possible moment, but the stay exceeded my expectations!! The room we booked has smart system which even let us play music in the bathroom. The playlist is 10/10, with french vibes and atmosphere. The hygiene is good, no smell, no dust, everything is flawless! The reception starts working lately, but it is considered okay in this city, thats wh we just left the keys in the reception in the morning. The selling point of this room was enormous bath. We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks!"
