12月25日掛牌出去，有人清潔垃圾。但第日26日掛牌出去，沒有人清潔，垃圾堆積如小山，頗不衛生。不好。

Thank you for a great stay the housekeeping team are so friendly nothing was too much trouble for them. Extra tea and coffee with fresh fluffy towels. We had a problem with the TV but this was quickly dealt with. We will definitely be back at this hotel the next time we visit york.

This hotel is in a good location and crucially for me, has disabled parking places right next to the entrance. Its just outside the busy centre which means no noise but lots of convenience.

Really nice location especially with a spoons right next door. 4 minute walk from the spark and a Tesco. Might be a little hard to work the TV you have to angle the remote for it work properly.

Very noisy place as there is a pub/restaurant located right next the hotel and gets quite loud at night

Great Travelodge about 10 mins walk from the centre of York. Nice updated rooms, with very comfortable bed and super squishy plump pillows. Some road noise but to expected with the location. The staff are friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we next visit the city.

No lowered section on the check in desk for wheelchair users, found myself speaking to the top of the receptionists head also made it awkward for signing the fire evacuation form. We have stayed in the travelodges around the country this so called accessible room was so small. Found it hard to believe newish hotel did not have wet rooms.
