We especially appreciated the welcoming amenities in the room, including a great selection of coffee and the Ninja coffee pod machine, which was a lovely touch. The rooms and bathrooms are impressively spacious, with plenty of room to relax comfortably. It never feels cramped, which really adds to the overall experience. The staff are consistently friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful, making every stay smooth and enjoyable. Another big plus for us is the leisure facilities—the jacuzzi and pool are a great bonus and perfect for unwinding. On top of that, the on-site parking is safe, convenient, and reasonably priced, which is one of the main reasons we keep choosing this hotel when visiting York. Overall, a reliable and welcoming place that never disappoints. We’ll definitely be back again."
