"The waterscape atrium is beautifully designed, the parent-child room is spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities, comfortable bedding, cute children's toothbrushes, a projector, tea sets, a disinfection cabinet, a refrigerator, and the lady in the lobby is also very warm and thoughtful. A simple breakfast can be provided, but we didn't eat it because we wanted to experience local snacks. A snack bag is also provided. I forgot to take a photo of the entire room. There is a big bed + a small bed + a long tea table. The small bed is a folding bed. It's very spacious to live with children, and the children like it very much."

"The hotel is located very near the railway station (not the one for fast trains) and it takes about 5 minutes to get to the Yueyang tower (40 min by walk). Room are spacious and clean. The room service is efficient, and kind. I have found a hand-written welcome message accompanied by snack and fresh fruits. Breakfast included Chinese and some western food. Near the lobby there is also an ATM, a bar, and a few restaurants. Overall, Yueyang hotel is a place I would warmly recommend if you plan a stay in this city."

"Located in the city center, it's conveniently situated with free parking. It's a newly opened hotel (25 years old). The front desk staff were incredibly kind and friendly. They are very tolerant of pets; when we left, they even gave us plenty of water, drinks, and snacks. I'll definitely book with them again next time I'm in Yueyang."

So, enjoying some fruit and watching TV in the evening blues was so relaxing. I specifically went to have breakfast, which was pretty good. The restaurant had a great view, definitely worth it! The Wyndham Grand is considered one of the most upscale hotels in Yueyang, offering great value for money."

"First, after booking the hotel, no one contacted me, so I had to go to the parking lot with my luggage and ask the staff how to get to the hotel. They told me to take an electric scooter. The funniest thing was that the scooter driver just watched me with two elderly people and two children, and did nothing but tell me to unload my luggage myself. Then there was the pillow issue the next night (screenshot below). They promised me a small gift the next day, but didn't deliver, and I didn't want it anyway. The most ridiculous thing is that this morning when I checked out, I explained the situation to the front desk staff, but they completely ignored me and didn't even offer a perfunctory explanation. I thought that was the end of it, but what angered me the most was the electric scooter driver. He helped us get to the parking lot, but not only did he not help with loading and unloading our luggage, he also made us close the scooter door for him. What a ****! I'll never come back."
