"It was a bit challenging to find the entrance of the hotel and parking spot. But the staff was very helpful. The service is great. We even received tangyuan(汤圆) for desert after we checked in, which made me feel home. The response was quick whenever we asked for help or requested anything. The hotel and room is super clean and fresh. We love the layout of the room, the toilet is separated from the shower. We had a great time there."

I called the front desk to report it, and it was resolved immediately. 3️⃣ The room was generally clean. (I suggest the bathtub could be cleaned further.) 4️⃣ The breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, the facilities were above average and met expectations. The service and customer service were excellent, exceeding expectations. I will definitely stay here again on my next business trip. "The hotel service was excellent. Upon arrival, they offered a glass of plum juice, which was incredibly refreshing. The front desk staff were very attentive, greeting me with my luggage and helping me to my room. They explained the room's facilities and amenities, including a TV with screen mirroring capabilities and showed me how to use the air conditioning control panel. There was complimentary welcome fruit, and in the evening, they served osmanthus-flavored ice jelly. The most heartwarming touch was the complimentary laundry and dryer service, which they picked up right from my room. Highly recommended! The gym is open 24 hours. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! Haha."

"When I came to Yueyang, I chose Haiyou Yueyanglou Pedestrian Street Store. The experience exceeded expectations! All the facilities in the new store are brand new, the rooms are clean, the wet and dry separation bathroom is stable, and the bedding is soft and sleepy. The location is really amazing. Downstairs is the pedestrian street snacks, milk tea, shopping malls. It takes 10 minutes to take a taxi to Yueyang Building and Dongting Lake Scenic Area. It is especially convenient to take a walk back to the hotel after visiting the night view. The front desk staff was warm and patient throughout the whole process, the check-in speed was fast, the price was very high, this is the first choice for Yueyang, and I will buy it back next time!"

"☁️I stayed at the Wyndham in the clouds! In Yueyang! I stayed in a city view king room with a very expansive view. The hotel is new, and the decor is still in its best condition. So, enjoying some fruit and watching TV in the evening blues was so relaxing. I specifically went to have breakfast, which was pretty good. The restaurant had a great view, definitely worth it! The Wyndham Grand is considered one of the most upscale hotels in Yueyang, offering great value for money."

"The hotel is at a good central location. Amenities are decent, but security could be improved. Anyone can take the elevator, without room card, and there's no safety boxes in the room. Although I booked and paid for a room with breakfast, there was no restaurant in the hotel. Only after insisting did the receptionist address the issue about breakfast. She eventually offered a solution, but I had to go down again, cancel my booking, and make a new one directly with the hotel, which sounded to complicated and inconvenient, I was already having a rest in my room. Not a major issue, with breakfast costing only RMB 15, but it wasn't a nice reception"
