"Our room had a great view of Yuntian Cultural City, and it was also well-equipped with all the amenities. The laundry room was a lifesaver, especially with kids – being able to dry clothes and even have them neatly folded was fantastic; clearly, the staff training is excellent. The breakfast at the restaurant was good too; it would be even better if they offered lunch. The high-ceilinged lobby was very comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently close to RT-Mart. There's also a lively street nearby with plenty of late-night food options."

"Booked three rooms, only one was fine throughout the whole stay. One room had all the power turned off as soon as we checked in. We had to ask the engineering department to clean it up at 12pm, but it didn't work again in the middle of the night. There was no electricity and no air conditioning. It was hard not to catch a cold in such weather. Another room had a blocked bathroom at 7am, and the engineering department hadn't come to work yet. Two service ladies came up to fix it and said they had fixed it the day before, so why was it blocked again? How do you rate it?"

"What a gem of a hotel I stumbled upon! It's a peaceful escape from the commercial hustle and bustle, offering a wonderfully relaxed vibe. The room was bright and airy with a comfortable layout. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the hot water supply was consistently good. The cleanliness was truly impressive; even the corners were spotless. The service was just right – friendly without being overbearing. Plus, the location made getting around a breeze. It felt like a cozy temporary home, a perfect cure for a tiring journey. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations, and it's definitely worth another visit."

"I came to Yulin for an exam and spent a long time choosing this newly opened hotel last year. It was definitely the right choice! From the lobby to the room cleanliness, everything was spotless. Check-in was quick, and the receptionist was professional and attentive, asking if I had any room requests. The weather was fine when I left for the exam the next day, but when I returned, it changed completely and started pouring rain. Even after taking a taxi back to the hotel entrance, I couldn't get to the lobby. The receptionist saw me and ran over with an umbrella – thankfully she braved the rain to meet me, as it started hailing right after I entered the gate. Back at the front desk, she even gave me a hot towel and hot tea – so thoughtful! I chatted with her briefly; she was customer service representative Qiqi. Later, when I was short on time to get to my room, she even helped me take my clothes to dry – the service was incredibly attentive and considerate! When I was about to check out, the sun came out again – everything was great!"

"My children and I stayed for three days and two nights. The most impressive thing about this hotel is the attentive service, which is beyond the comfort of even a five-star hotel. On our first day, the front desk attendant helped us deliver our luggage to our room and even provided buckwheat pillows for the elderly (there were elderly and children in our group). No matter where we were in the hotel, the staff would greet us gently, which was so comforting. Our children were supposed to pay for breakfast, but we waived it.
