Hotel is conveniently located just beside Yuzawa Kogen Ropeway. The Japanese style room feels a little dated but is clean and spacious , good for 6 persons. Futon was great but pillows a little too hard for my liking. Hotel has a small but nice onsen with outdoor bath. Service staff was great throughout my stay. There is a free shuttle service between hotel and the JR station. Call hotel to dispatch shuttle when reach JR station.

Overall it's old, but it's well cleaned. It was good that the room (standard Japanese-style room １０ tatami mats) was large enough for four adults. I was worried that it would not be annoying in the room right in front of the large communal bath. I have been to Yuzawa on snowboard for about 15 years and there is a regular inn, but I have a gate in front of the station and stayed with my family because I wanted to stay at a large inn. It's old, but it was more normal than I expected. The uncle at the front desk on the first day was very kind (o ^^ o) Amazake is also free and very delicious! The room was a large room for 3 people! Amenity is minimal and yukata is normal. There is a humidifier in the room. The large communal bath is on the first and third floors, and my husband liked it because he wanted to enter the sauna. Breakfast is not a buffet, but it is delicious with a lot of side dishes such as hot tofu and rice in the pot. I went there for dinner because there are famous shops around the station. I thought it would be nice if I went by private car not in front of the station. We had a nice stay in Takinoyu Hotel. When we departed from Tokyo, it was sunny and not snowing at all. Once Shinkansen train passed the tunnel, a whole different view was revealed. We were surprised by the snow-covered landscaped in Echigoyuzawa. The hotel offered a free shuttle van. You just need to make a call using a paid phone by the station exit. Our room was spacious, tidy and cozy, with a nice view. We had a tiny living room and massage chair and coffee maker. The hotel outdoor and indoor onsens were both great. On snowy days, the hotel offered free waterproof boots to keep your feet dry if you want to have an outside walking. There was a ski slope named Ipponsugi right in front of Echigoyuzawa Station, only 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel. Ski lift and rentals were also available. We had Kaiseki dinner in our room, which was a traditional multi-course and each individual tray was served one by one. Two trainees from China were arranged to prepare dinner for us and they introduced us the technique of Kaiseki Cuisine. The hotel breakfast was Japanese set meals served in a dining room, mostly local food such as grilled fish, soybean paste soup and oriental dishes. We’d recommend this hotel if you want to experience Japanese hospitality.

For snowboarding, use a plan with a Japanese room with a toilet without a bath for one night. After check-in, I guided me to my room with my luggage. The room is clean and no problem. The humid air cleaner that I requested was also set. The bath was very comfortable with the comfortable temperature of the inner hot water and the open air. I entered four times, but three of them were rental ‼ especially in the morning. It was crowded and not troublesome once in the evening. Breakfast was served at the dining hall with Japanese meals. You can specify the time when you check in. I think there is a problem of taste, but it fits our mouth, and it is said that rice (it is said that it is Koshihikari from uonuma) is delicious, and it is a mountain from the morning, and it is replaced. When I asked if I could buy rice somewhere because the rice was delicious at check-out, I bought it because it was sold in the inn. It was cheaper than buying it at a souvenir shop. After checking out, there was no way to put a car around Yuzawa station to buy souvenirs. I would like to take care of you next season.

The outside looked a little old, but the inside was very clean and beautiful. 5 minutes walk from Echigo Yuzawa station. It was nice to be able to spend a quiet and relaxing time without noise even though it was close to the station. There are many restaurants around, and it is possible to go drinking at night. Rather than using it with your family, we recommend using it with friends or traveling alone. The room was about 8 tatami mats with two single beds. The bath is not big, but it was a hot spring and the price is reasonable, so I think it's a good hotel. When I was out drinking, I got a call around 23:00 without knowing that there was a curfew. thank you very much.

For the celebration of mother's rice life, ＧＯＴＯ was used, and my brother and sister gathered from various places. I really wanted to book a large room with an inner bath, but I booked an Asian taste room ２ room without vacancy. The result was not a great answer, a bed, but a type to stay in a twin on the floor. The hot spring was more compact than I imagined, but I didn't feel any inconvenience at all. The best thing was the buffet style of dinner, and the richness of the dishes was very much.
