衞生不達標，床上有頭髮。被單下面鋪的隔墊比床墊要短一截，躺上去不舒服。被子很奇怪，被子尺寸很小，被套跟被子還不是一套的。大床其實是兩張床拼在一起，中間有條縫。房間冰箱飲料免費，還送了一個巧克力。酒店提供來回接送服務，但是衹能去火車站，而且必須要帶着行李去火車站才可以，我想提前去一趟火車站附近用掉這一次服務還不行，真是太死心眼兒了。

乾淨整潔，早餐非常豐富美味，特別是可以自己榨果汁。
提供睡袍和一次性拖鞋。
有自行車出租。

非常好的酒店！窗外可見馬特峯，早餐也很不錯。有免費的接送電動車，服務挺周到的！衞生乾淨整潔，很滿意！

Breakfast buffet was excellent. However the rooms were poor. Room marked as accessible had no grab bars in bathroom. Room was cramped. Couch musty, curtains not washed. Front desk was not staffed after 9 PM. Not what we expected for the price.

Selected this Hotel in last Minute and booked directly on their website - got 1- a better rate and 2- an upgraded (very beautiful) suite as a room on the top floor - personnel at the hotel is very welcoming (greetings to Judika) at any time very helpful (greetings to Manuel) - breakfast shows a very large variety of exclusively quality and freshly prepared food - location is good as it is not a high traffic street but still close to a ski bus station (Hotel Allalin) - I highly recommend this place

This my first visit in Zermatt and I love everything in this hotel since we come until we leave everything was perfect and the staff it’s amazing thank you for make me feel comfortable I will be back ❤️

This is a longtime overdue but we had an excellent stay at Hotel Daniela this past August. The hotel is beautiful and well situated but what made it the most special was the staff. They were always so helpful, especially Claudia. She went out of her way at all times to make sure we were comfortable and she was so knowledgeable and helped us plan during the days. The only downside is they don't have a pool but they give you access to their sister hotel right down the street. Thank you Claudia for making our stay so special. My kids wear their wool headbands which not only keeps them warm but also fills us with such special memories! We hope to see you again!

Our family of 5 stayed at Hotel Daniela for a week over the holidays on our ski trip to Zermatt. We enjoyed everything about the hotel. The lobby is charming, nicely decorated (especially for Christmas and New Year’s). The staff is warm, professional and helpful from the driver who picked us up at the station to the front desk to the breakfast and housekeeping team. We appreciated that the hotel was close to everything so we could walk to the main streer and lifts but also a few blocks off the main part so it was quiet. We had adjoining rooms with a small, private hallway in between which made it easy with lots of ski clothing to have space. The rooms were quiet. While the property does not have its own pool (has other spa/sauna amenities) we had access to the pool at the sister property which is just a block away. In my opinion Hotel Daniela is a nice mix of charm, hospitality and comfort without any of the pretentiousness of some of the fancier hotels in town. It struck a nice balance. Would definitely stay here again.

So lovely! We have travelled all over the world and this has been an exceptional visit. We stayed here for two nights while visiting Switzerland December 2023. The rooms were so clean and well appointed. The hotel lobby was warm and cozy with a fireplace and warm blankets. We will definitely come back. The breakfast was sooo amazing. We were pleasantly surprised- fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh raspberries/ fruit, different breads and meats plus I’m not a fan of muesli but theirs was homemade and really tasty. I’m a fan. I could go on and on about their hotel restaurants in Zermatt.
