However, since this hotel doesn't have a reception, you need to check in at their partner hotel, which is about a 5-minute walk away. I also stored my luggage at the partner hotel, and it was a very smooth process. They have dishes, detergent, an oven, and more, so it seems like you could easily buy groceries at a supermarket and cook here."

The hotel is easily accessible from the Zermatt train station and the Town centre . We loved the room allocated and found it extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet which was pretty extensive. Staff was really pleasant and helpful at all time. Our receptionist even escorted us to the room by stairs because their lift was not functional when we checked in. The only regret was that we were unable to utilise the sauna and swimming pool facilities due to time constraints. Will highly recommend the hotel to those who are looking for value for money stays whilst in Zermatt."

"We used this hotel on the last day of our trip to Switzerland. First of all, the room was very clean and comfortable! The TV was large with a wide range of channels! There was also space to spread out our carry-on bags other than the bed, which was very helpful! When we left the hotel, we could get a clear view of the Matterhorn from the nearby bridge, and it's not too far from the station, so the location is great! The breakfast had a wide variety of dishes and everything was delicious, making it a wonderful way to end our trip. Thank you!"

"I stayed in a room next to the reception for the first time. I could hear the conversation between hotel staff and guests in the room. The privacy was poor. The room had a terrace. The view was right on the sidewalk of the garbage room, but there was a partial mountain view and I couldn't see it. matterhorn .🙁 The breakfast provided by the hotel is good👍 If you want to book a terrace view, you need to consider it at Matterhorn🤔"
