Best hotel in this trip! Very close to train station and hotel room is new and clean. Restaurants are around. Very nice stay and will definitely come back when visiting Zermatt again.

Very comfortable and clean room..nice view..and breakfast so delicious..near to zermatt station..1-2 minutes walking distance..near to shop and coop..if u want to go to Matterhorn view point-u can stay here..near to the train station

Big, spacious rooms with private balcony for you to enjoy unblocked mountain views. Breakfast was great, check-in was a little late at 3pm though.

clean and cozy room with a nice spacious balcony. balcony had a good view of the mountain in the distance but nothing wow. breakfast buffet is normal. they offer free beverages and some snacks during tea time. Location is very convenient, just 5 mins walk away from Zermatt train station.

Really good location and staffs were very friendly!
The room was clean and relatively big, there is also a sauna on-site. Hope they will keep this good job.

The location was excellent close to rail station and in town centre. The service was impecable.

What a comfy stay! Spacious room! Even gotten 2 glasses of wine for choosing not to clean up the room. Breakfast is normal. Hotel provides free tea breaks as well! Just a short walk from main station. Will definitely stay here again!

Terrible service from receptionist. After unfortunate incident of entering our room when do not disturb sign was displayed. The response we got was "This is our hotel, Not your hotel. We can enter any room at any time." First time hearing such a comment from receptionist lady with glasses.
Nonetheless, everything else was good, what would have been a perfect stay, was ruined by a staff misrepresenting the image of the hotel.
