Good and clean hotel, nice room with tatami style, great service. They help us a lot to explain about the suitable route of ZJJ National Park, ZJJ Glass Bridge and Grand Canyon. Get the ticket with competitive price as well. Many resto and shop nearby. Walking distance to the gate of National Park and central bus station. Really recommended hotel.

Love the modern design of the hotel. The room is very clean and we enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and assisted to plan our days to go to the national park, glass bridge, tian men cave. Location is very good and just 3-4 mins walk to the national park. Highly recommend this place!

Very comfortable room with soft bed and pillow. Staffs were also very nice to help book tickets, some with extra discounts. Only complaint is fitness is a bit cold and machine a bit hard to use and the inroom projector is also very hard to use (needed quite sometime to figure it out). Okay breakfast, a bit carbs heavy but well appreciated.

There were a couple of annoyances in the beginning of the stay, such as renovation and us having to move rooms while being severely sick. But once they knew we were down, they extended help, care and concern like no other. They made lunch for us, sent us to the hospital and constantly checked up on us. Once we were well, they recommended routes for us for the national park and canyon bridge. They definitely were well equipped with the knowledge. What was initially a frustrating experience turned out to be one of the best and warmest stay/hospitality I’ve felt. I would recommended 100%!

Hotel is very modern and a lot amenities such as washing machine and fitness. The owner is also very nice.

All facilities are new. Room tidy and clean everyday during our 3 days stay. Only 7-10 min walk to Zhangjiajie main Entrance. All the front desk ladies are helping us a lot even I understand Chinese very little. They help u all the directions that u need to know during your trip. I do recommend this hotel. Give u guys more than 5+++stars

Very near to the National Forest Park, counter staff very friendly and helpful. Helped us to order food delivery as we were unable to use the food delivery app.

Pro- walking distance to zhangjiajie east entrance. Budget home cooked meal beside hotel. Hot china breakfast like bun, noodles, boiled eggs, soy bean drink. Friendly and helpful staff. Con-Dirty bathroom floor mat, no chairs. Transport arranged by hotel provided horrible service. Always use metered taxi.
