The hotel is correct. They do not speak English, but with the translator communication is ok. WIFI was weak.

Good location next to the train/bus station and near the cable car entrance. Otherwise a mediocre hotel. They didn’t have real towels, only ineffective single-use ones.

The hotel is located by the bus station and close to the cablecar to Tianmen. We got a room without windows, which we didn't expect. Breakfast was in a nearby restaurant, where the offered us 3 different noodle options. Staff doesn't speak English.

剛開始預訂房間的時候沒多想，衹知道哪裡方便些，沒想到住進來之後，真有種家的感覺。
交通：便捷，去景區很方便
設施：這個價超值了，有自助洗衣房哦
衞生：乾淨整潔，一次性用品適合年輕人
環境：顏色搭配很不錯，大氣

在同學的推薦下，帶着試試的心態入住，分享一下我個人的體驗：大堂乾淨整潔，寬敞大氣，前台接待熱情，服務周到。三樓有露天大陽台，採光特別好，洗衣房就在電梯口，細節很到位，有種回家的温暖。房間整潔舒適，進門就看到了酒店贈送的貼心禮包：一次性毛巾拖鞋和礦泉水。火車站汽車站就在馬路對面，上天門山的纜車從門前過，交通無敵方便。到了晚上很安靜，暴走了一整天后，睡得很踏實，一覺醒來滿血復活……來張家界旅遊住宿的不二之選，經濟的價格四星的體驗，性價比五顆星🌟 力薦！
