Feedback for Hilton Zhongshan ***************************** Good day Sir/Mdm, I have an excellent and enjoyable 15th Wedding Anniversary stay in Executive Suite (King- bed) at Hilton Zhongshan from 1 Dec-2 Dec. Services provided by the staffs were outstanding. Everything was smooth from check in, during stay and check out. I would like to compliment the following staffs for their wonderful service provided by them. Excellent staff, especially Tina at check in who recommended some great local food to eat and gave me a free upgrade. The view from my room was amazing with the river and park. Great location in the centre of Zhongshan and close to Zhongshan North station. Breakfast was good with a decent range. Overall a great stay.

Great location for visiting Zhongshan to stay in this hotel. It’s near the landmark along the river. The staff are great soon as we check in to the time checking out. We will be back!

Facilities goes old, air conditioning was out of order for the first room and rain tree showers was damaged in the second room. Asked for maintenance during mid night which is very inconvenience to guest. The incidents were reflected to their front offer and gave a red wine only for recovery. However, their buffet dinner impressed with seasonal hairy crab and lots of seafood. Yummy!

Beautiful rooms and the hot spring was big with a lot of option. We love the sauna there. There’s this heating stone where you can lie down and have massage. It was amazing. We really enjoyed the stay there for a birthday celebration. They even prepared a cake for us which is so kind and sweet. Highly recommending if you are traveling with your family! as hotel guest you have unlimited access to the hot spring.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Westin, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The hotel’s prime location made exploring the city a breeze, and I can’t wait to return to Westin on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Room was extremely noisy as they were installing a new elevator. Room was big and very clean, service was good, had free welcome espresso based coffee and snack. Nice decoration, but a bit far far from the Yiwu Commodities Market.

First stay in this hotel, check-in and check-out was very smooth, met the operation manager on counter with greetings, good choice of breakfast with clearly labeled in english, very comfortable bed and pillows had good sleep, room was clean and aircon worked fery well
