Good: Great location Clean and spacious Friendly staff Bad: There was no bar fridge in our room which I found crazy. We had to go down to reception to use the fridge there. Absolutely ridiculous!

酒店衞生非常好，環境優美，服務到位。剛到酒店辦理入住時，前台小哥就遞上每人一瓶温水，喝得心理暖乎乎的。酒店早餐品種豐富，口味也不錯。接送車的司機師傅非常熱情。總之是一次愉快的出行。

這次出差選對了酒店！地理位置超便利，離辦事地點也近，省去不少通勤時間。前台辦理入住高效，3分鐘就搞定，還主動推薦了附近的商務打印店。房間衞生細節拉滿，床品柔軟親膚，床墊支撐力剛好，久坐辦公後能睡個好覺；隔音效果出色，深夜也沒聽到外界噪音，辦公時網絡穩定不卡頓，桌面插座佈局合理，商務需求全滿足。早餐種類豐富，熱菜、現磨咖啡、新鮮水果一應俱全，性價比超高，下次出差還選這裏！

第一次來舟山入住這家全季酒店。2月1日一位姓王的前台小姐姐很熱情的接待了我們，送了水果和一份孩子的早餐券。我們預訂的是海景套房，在大樓的5層,可以看到遠處的大海。早上可以看日出，温暖的陽光透過窗户照進來暖洋洋的。房型與圖片相符。餐廳在5樓電梯出來左轉到底，旁邊洗衣房略小些。酒店的地理位置優越，出行打車很方便，酒店早上有免費的班車送我們到碼頭，從酒店到朱家尖蜈蚣峙碼頭大約16分鐘左右，司機師傅很好，得知我和女兒暈車，把我們安排在當中的位置。周邊的飯店和海鮮大排檔也很多。酒店早餐挺好，品種不算多，勝在衞生、簡單新鮮可口，服務員也很有禮貌，態度很好。如果説非要什麼不滿意的地方就是海景套房裡沒有冰箱。本來第二天去普陀山禮佛挺累，回來看到房間打掃得乾淨整潔，心情好了不少。普通老百姓旅行不在於酒店多豪華，衹要簡單乾淨就好，服務人員態度很好，讓我們真正感受到了賓至如歸。

這次全季酒店入住體驗非常滿意，酒店前台服務態度超級好，始終保持着親切的微笑，不僅如此，她們的形象也非常出色，一舉一動都充滿了專業性和親和力，給人留下深刻的印象。第一次過來舟山遊玩不熟悉，諮詢酒店前台服務員，也熱心推薦了非常不錯的當地人的小飯堂，妥妥的地道美食，酒店附近非常有老城區的feel，酒店停車也非常方便，出行無壓力。房間內的設施非常齊全，乾淨整潔 生活用品一應俱全，如果自身需求，基本能夠滿足！

Service was good, from the helpful shuttle bus drivers to the prompt service of the technician-we had difficulty turning on the TV initially. However, we were confused about the shuttle bus stops stated by the hotel as there are designated hotel shuttle bus stops which are different from the different temples stops where only the public buses can go. The breakfast spread was not big but adequate. The hotel room was comfortable although not big. I like the Zen design. The windows were open when we entered the hotel room, hence there were two flies in the room. We turned on the electric mosquito repellent. Luckily, they did not disturb us. The attendants should not open the windows when doing room cleaning lest insects go into the room. The island has many trees so there are insects-mosquitoes, flies etc around. The room walls are thin though. I could hear the neighbouring rooms talking along the corridor and the room attendant coming by to their rescue saying he is the room attendant. The hotel is a few minutes' walk from the sea, good for an evening walk. Overall, the quality is good and the hotel room was comfortable. Definitely a hotel I could return to.

great location in Shengsi island. checked out early due to business commitments, didn’t have the chance to try buffet breakfast.

酒店有機器人很方便 環境很好 房間前台有升級很大 房間也很安靜 前台姐姐也是很熱情介紹一些吃飯的地方 還有去普陀山的一些攻略 服務態度很好 問什麼都是不厭其反煩的告訴我們 酒店到碼頭開車10多分鐘就到了 也不遠 走的時候還給我們送了水 讓我們帶着 很熱情的服務 這次旅行很滿意明年還會再來住
