Best hotel in the area.Customer services and experience here is beyond expectations.It isclean, stylish, roomy and room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We had a wonderful weekend with the hotel. The breakfast is not bad though not much choices and cleanliness is little bit disappointing. And they have a Meituan** takeaway cabinet which is very convenient. I would recommend you to stay here if you are expecting a cozy night with friends/family.

Before staying this hotel, I read some negative reviews on cleanliness and service. Therefore, I am worried about it. However, the actual experience was totally different. The room was very clean and huge. The cleaner definitely did a great job. Not only that, the warm welcome especially from the bellboy staff were great. One of the night shift staff (Lionel) went to the extra mile to help us order food delivery because our overseas number cant do so. I hope they can keep up standard and hope to stay there again.

帶孩子出來玩寶貝很喜歡這個企鵝元素，房間是上下鋪，上鋪這個很放心不用擔心寶寶摔下來，還有小度智能音箱，還特別的配置了寶寶的洗漱用品很驚喜很細心，酒店位置交通也很方便不需要過多的等待，離珠海站和拱北口岸都非常近，走路十五分鐘樣子就能到，管家也是非常的貼心負責，客房的姐姐送物也很及時，非常棒的體驗，推薦推薦！！下次還會來住

Everything is almost perfect about this hotel. I like the cleanliness and it looks very new. Breakfast is very good and worth every Pennies. One thing that stands out beyond all is the services. The staffs are very polite and professional. I usually don’t write review unless it’s either a wow or the opposite but this is definitely a wow. The lady in the front desk carry our luggage up to the room and greet us with an introduction upon checking in. Selina gave my wife a flower on woman’s day with a card. The young man greet me when I went down for breakfast and make me a coffee. Front desk lady carry my luggage to the car after check out and provide us with a car service to the port to go to Hong Kong. The driver “Mr Chang” was incredibly nice and offer us waters. We have stayed in many five star hotels but this one is probably the best for its 5 star services. The staff just make us feel very comfortable. Glad we chose this hotel when we were here for three nights. It will be our pick again when we are back.

I have always believed in the level of several hotels under the Accor Group. Although it has now become a subsidiary of  Huazhu, this ibis was better when it was booked at the time. I did not hesitate to choose. It did not disappoint me. Although the hotel is not big, it is very new and very delicate. The service at the front desk was very good. I saw that the adjacent room we arranged for us and gave us an upgrade to one of the rooms. The layout is very good. There are some. I sleep and I don’t feel very depressed. The screen projection TV looks very comfortable. At the same time, the water pressure is also very high when taking a bath.  Ctrip points redeemed for breakfast. This price is very good. The breakfast tastes quite good. The location is also good. It is close to Gongbei Port. The only downside is that the elevator  ~ It is not convenient to go up and down. The hotel is built on a mountain, with a good location and fresh air. Although there are projects under construction nearby, it is very quiet and the whole hotel gives people a fresh and bright feeling. The staff at the front desk were enthusiastic, attentive and patient. They introduced the hotel's main facilities and opening hours one by one when checking in. The overall guest room is very clean, the room temperature is suitable, and the guest room sister is kind and approachable. She will greet the guests enthusiastically, watch us take care of the children, and specially give children slippers and toothbrushes. The breakfast has a variety of varieties and is relatively exquisite. It looks like it is made with care and tastes good! Highly recommended!

如果平台有十顆星我必給十顆，原本珠海定了房但是當時高速堵車太嚴重下不來，我們臨時休整了一天另外訂的這家，萬萬沒想到從前期溝通路線，免費升級到後面續住都讓我體會到了人在外地，心在一起的温暖 酒店超級乾淨，所有設施都不敷衍 都很講究，大到裝潢小到洗護用品都讓我大吃一驚，關鍵是價格還如此公道，我們連住了三天，這次出行我還帶了人小狗子，我家狗平時很乖，可能因為環境不熟悉有點叫喚，我們白天出去玩，服務員百忙之中還幫我們照顧了一下，讓我們完全沒有後顧之憂。周邊吃飯逛街過關閘都極度方便，總之是一家物超超超超所值的店，推薦所有朋友來住！

Tian·ONE Light Luxury Hotel Apartment (Zhuhai Fuhuali Branch) was a great choice for my one-night stay in Zhuhai. The apartment was in a prime location, 5 mins walk to the lively Fuhuali and Jiuzhou Avenue shopping areas, where I enjoyed a variety of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The apartment was also easy to reach from the Gongbei Port and the Jiuzhou Port by car. The hotel staff were attentive and responsive to my messages. The room was large, bright, and tidy, with a simple and elegant design. The room had a TV, an air conditioner, and a private bathroom. The bed was cozy and the bedding was fresh and clean. The hotel offered disposable towels and toiletries, as well as a hair dryer and a razor. The only minor issue was that the reception was on the 10th floor, which was not very obvious. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this apartment and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable and convenient place to stay in Zhuhai. advantage: The hotel is quite new and the location is good. The bus station is just a short walk away. The bed is big and comfortable with two pillow options The hot water is hot enough and the air conditioner is very powerful. It's a good night's sleep The cleaning lady was very enthusiastic. I was in the room when she was cleaning and she didn't need her to clean. She gave me some daily necessities and clean towels. All daily necessities are available: shaver, toothbrush, cotton swab, cotton, nail polisher, mineral water The only drawback: It takes a long time to wait for the elevator. There are 4 elevators but two of them are often locked. All in all, much better than expected. Recommended
