スタッフの皆さまへ。 この度は、お世話になりました。 セレニティアイランドリゾートに3泊滞在できたことが、今回の旅行のハイライトでした。時間が許せば、もっと滞在していたかったです。 ロケーションが良く、静かに過ごすこともできるアイランドリゾートです。 食事は、とても美味しいです。 モーニング、ランチ、生演奏を聞きながら食べたディナー、全てが美味しかったです。 ティータイムに食べたクッキーやコーヒーも、とても美味しかったです。 宿泊したBureの家具や冷蔵庫は清潔でした。シャワーは温度調節出来ます。ドライヤーも借りることができます。アメニティグッズも揃っていました。エアコンもあります。 宿泊したBureは、とても居心地が良かったです。Bureの雰囲気が大好きになりました。 自然と調和のとれた施設とスタッフの皆さんのホスピタリティに感動し、とても快適に過ごすことができました。 アクティビティもバラエティ豊かに企画されている印象です。綺麗で広々としたジムもあります。 大きなリゾート施設ではないので、静かに過ごしたい方には、特にお勧めです。虫、ハエ、蚊が大嫌いな方にはお勧めしません。 また機会があれば、ぜひ滞在したいです。 最後に。 英語が上手ではない私にも、分かりやすく話しかけてくれたり、こちらの話を聞いて楽しませてくれたスタッフの皆さん。いつまでもお元気で！ Vinaka Serenity Iland!

My recent stay at Plantation Island Resort was absolutely delightful! The location was stunning, with pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The resort itself was immaculate, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities were top-notch, offering a variety of activities for all ages. I especially enjoyed the delicious food and the lively entertainment. Overall, I highly recommend Plantation Island Resort for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation.

It was a fantastic trip in Beachcomber Island! But there is one thing that I am disappointing. I confirmed the full board reservation that is served from the first day dinner to the last day lunch, but the resort's system was different from the reservation on the last day.(They said that only breakfast is available.) So we were able to have a meal after showing the travel confirmation. I was embarrassed because it was the FIRST TIME I had shown a travel confirmation while travelling. Fortunately, there were no more problems.

Underrated, has a cool sand bar and island is really nice, was only guest on island at one point, hotel a little run down but the room was great

房間不大，足夠4個人居住 島上服務不錯 也可以去cloud9 浮潛 深潛 這樣的一日遊活動 關鍵是小島安靜，每天就衹是躺着聽海浪聲聲音就很棒了。有小童和成人兩個游泳池。 天氣好的時候日落真的很美 晚餐有自助和點餐 週一和週三都是自助 還有一些小的活動項目 親子島不二的選擇

Lo mejor del alojamiento es el personal. Te reciben y despiden con una canción y un collar de cortesía. Además, están preocupados de tí en todo momento. En cuanto a la comida, tanto el desayuno como la cena son buffet y la comida un plato para elegir y buffet de ensalada. Está bastante bien la comida aunque no hay que esperar un buffet grande como los resort de otros sitios. El hotel es pequeño donde puedes encontrar mucha tranquilidad. Dispone de kayaks y padel surf gratis y una zona de snorkel en la que puedes ver estrellas de mar, pepinos marinos, diversidad de peces y, hasta serpiente acuática.

The location of the hotel was breathtaking everything was so green the ocean was clean and the most beautiful blue color imaginable. We were greeted by the staff on the beach when we arrived the staff was extremely happy kind and caring, they treat you wonderfully. There are a few drawbacks the is not much to do for entertainment there are no televisions If you want Wi-Fi in your room that is an additional charge and there are no telephones in the rooms either so if you need anything you have to walk to the office first it. There is only one restaurant on the island and the food is not very good. But if you are going for a new experience the hotel is very nice. They do have a spa and a dive shop where you can book excursions. The people are what make this resort special.

相對而言這家度假村我最滿意的其實是服務，而這個服務我所指的是從登島迎賓、設施介紹和餐廳等面對面的服務，確實感覺賓至如歸。 房間面積夠大，床也非常舒適。 還有很多免費供賓客使用的水上運動的設備。 而不滿意的應該是更多，上面的正面評價對於這個價位的度假村也是基本的。 説一些我不滿意的，登島後我第一時間飛了無人機，職員立馬告訴因為涉及私隱不能在島的上空飛行，衹能往海方向飛行，這個我欣然接受，但是入住後我在給外甥女用無人機飛行拍攝時被保安勒令立即回收無人機，整個度假村不能飛、即使往海方向也不行，這個時候增加了一個理由時這裡是直升機起降點，而這個事實上大疆也有不能超過60米高的限制。 這個我內心是無法接受的，因為顯然跟迎賓時候告訴我的規則不相符，另外至於私隱，應該禁止使用相機才對，因為無人機除非超低空飛行，不如根本看不清楚人物，而我的相機可以。 度假村雖然在海邊，但是看不到日出，也看不到日落。這對於我這個攝影愛好者完全不會再次選擇這裏。 另外整個度假村蚊蟲、蒼蠅特別多，以至於白天吃飯都不省心，手需要不停的驅趕，而晚餐時的蚊子則完全無法驅趕，衹能任其吸血。 食物的烹飪應該是不錯的，特別是牛扒，海鮮類普遍感覺不夠新鮮。 餐廳衞生間的水籠頭，出水小的可憐竟然還沒有更換。（圖10） 最令我不滿意的是沙灘旁的樹上竟然有衣物，而這在我拍攝完人物寫真之後從照片中才發現。 收費這麼高的度假村，竟然出現這種可以避免的錯誤，這是無法原諒的，而我們花了這麼多錢和時間拍攝，結果照片中的背景竟然是這樣的，而當時也已經沒有時間重新拍攝了，今早離開前特意拍攝了這不該出現在樹上的衣物。（圖8-9） 對於環境保護，度假村顯然沒有任何措施，當我往海中行走發現珊瑚時，我自覺的不在繼續前行，因為我不會游泳，無法使身體平浮，如果繼續前行，一定會踩死珊瑚的。 水屋是度假村的特色，但我非常慶幸沒有預訂到，後來經常現場實地觀察，我更喜歡處在沙灘旁叢林中的木屋。

We had the best time at Sheraton resort Tokoriki island. Absolutely beautiful place and staff.Great snorkelling right out the front and also at the island, the activities are good. The staff make you feel right at home and they are very friendly, always welcoming. The room was really nice and there were a lot of things to do while you were at the resort. The food is nice and there are some varieties to try for.

非常漂亮的Malolo Island!酒店設施蠻不錯的，小屋都是海景房，出門就是沙灘，房間門口都有吊牀和躺椅，非常悠閑，酒店可以看到絕美日落，浮潛的設備隨便借可以帶回房間，看到藍色海星，巨多超大海蔘可以抓哈哈，如果不出島就在酒店泡着也很舒服，女生可以去做spa非常享受，男生這時候可以去浮潛啊哈哈哈～房間也有wifi，待在房間躺着也蠻舒服的！ 另外酒店沙灘餐廳也很浪漫～披薩蠻好吃的～對了單點菜單的話有個Walu Steak是魚肉哈哈～二層晚餐有海鮮Buffet 蠻不錯 大家也能去試試
