I stayed here for a quick overnight stop in Morioka and found it very efficient and comfortable. The hotel is within a five-minute walk of Morioka Station, with plenty of restaurants and izakaya nearby, making it easy to find food at any hour. A major convenience is the direct connection to a 7-Eleven on the ground floor, accessible without going outside—practical, especially at night. The room is modern, clean, and updated, with a large TV that makes it easy to unwind. On-site parking is available, though it was full on the night I stayed. That said, an NPC parking lot is located directly across the street, so parking was still straightforward. Overall, this is a solid choice for short stays—well located, modern, and designed for convenience.

The hotel is within walking distance from the Morioka Shinkansen station, the rooms are spacious and is near the main shopping street with a mall across the street.

Everything is excellent here. The staffs are nice and very helpful, the location across the station is the best for me to walk with a big luggage. The room is neat and clean for having a good resting night. The free space in the 2nd floor that provides many choices of free drink with a good view direct to station is truly amazing. I strongly recommend to stay in this hotel if you happen to visit Morioka. And of course I will stay in this hotel if I come back again to Morioka in the near future.

The experience was superb! The onsen was good and relaxing. I love that they provide yogurt drink and ice lolly. There is also complimentary soba noodles at 9:30pm. What is more important is that they have free laundry and that the status of the machines can be viewed on TV!

Next to the train station. When compared to other hotels, there aren’t many amenities to use. But they do have the necessary amenities.

酒店在新花捲站和花捲站都有免費的迎送車，看好時間，最好坐免費車前往，不然坐公交車還得花700日元。接站車不用預約，從車站出來就可以看到接站的牌子。不是酒店專門的車，是好幾家酒店共用的大巴。 大澤温泉分菊水館、湯治屋、山水閣三家，連在一起的，温泉也是共用的。山水閣是新樓，住宿條件好很多。 酒店服務非常好，前台小姑娘禮貌，非常耐心細緻地介紹酒店各項設施。這個房型的房間風景很美，房間大，乾淨。 酒店的温泉很多，有混浴，也有男女分別的，個人認為山水閣的最好。這裏的泉質很好，PH值9，妥妥的美人湯！ 酒店晚餐是日式的，很好吃！早餐是自助餐，品質優秀。餐廳服務非常好！ 酒店的插花很漂亮！

Overall very good place but a little difficult to find without maps because the sign on the front is not very big nor well lit. also the main entrance is not where you expect it but below ground level.

Excellent location Reasonable price River, shrines , Restaurants, pubs are walkable! 13 minutes walk from central station!

入住日期：2025/11/03 我實在很慶幸最後我還是訂了這家「花卷溫泉紅葉館」，本來想要小資旅行，省去溫泉飯店，後來在網上看到「來花卷必住的飯店」，甚至晚餐還有蟹腳吃到飽，重點是：三館的溫泉都可以任你泡！！太吸引人了吧～～😍😍立馬不猶豫了，實際入住後，真的太喜歡～園區非常漂亮（還有大花園、神社）有規模之外，人員都非常和藹可親，包含在停車場指揮的爺爺，親和力都一百分，日式房間舒適寬敞，浴衣好美～窗外就是漂亮的美景，所有溫泉都泡過一遍甚至白天又繼續泡😂😂晚餐把費除了蟹腳還有現煎牛排，各種鍋物及鐵板料理，太多啦～～實在超推薦👍👍👍花卷必住溫泉飯店實至名歸🥰🥰

特別一提 酒店的全名是山之神溫泉 別墅 清流館（SeRyuKan） 會這樣說是因為山之神溫泉有3座溫泉設施： 普通的日式溫泉旅館 山之神溫泉 優香苑（YuKaYin） 日歸溫泉旅館 なごみ(NaGoMi) 最後是別墅 清流館 於新幹線新花卷站西口出門轉右，會有免費溫泉接駁巴士，於2號月台分別1510 1610 及1710發車，司機會拿著牌子問你到哪一間旅館，指著清流館便可。 除此以外的時間必須搭乘計程車往旅館，標準費用為8000日圓以下。 接駁巴士會將旅客送到［優香苑］，等候職員安排乘坐小客車到另一邊廂的清流館大廳辦理入住手續。 退房時，早上十時或之前免費接駁巴士會駛到優香苑前，客人需要9時30分前於清流館退房並乘坐小客車到優香苑等候巴士。 巴士到達新花卷站時大約10時45分，請務必留意新幹線及到機場的時間，比方說要趕10時20分的新幹線回東京是不可能的，但新幹線一小時只有一班會停新花卷站。 酒店的用餐時間由下午6時開始，早餐由早上7時開始。不論於清流館抑或優香苑用餐，都需要先提早一天經由清流館職員協助預約，並會告知相關費用。如選擇了純住宿沒有早晚餐，請小心三座溫泉旅館只有優香苑的接待處提供微波炒飯及意粉的選擇，收費800日圓一份。 其他關於酒店服務的評價請參考我前幾篇評價喔～
