"酒店在新花捲站和花捲站都有免費的迎送車，看好時間，最好坐免費車前往，不然坐公交車還得花700日元。接站車不用預約，從車站出來就可以看到接站的牌子。不是酒店專門的車，是好幾家酒店共用的大巴。 大澤温泉分菊水館、湯治屋、山水閣三家，連在一起的，温泉也是共用的。山水閣是新樓，住宿條件好很多。 酒店服務非常好，前台小姑娘禮貌，非常耐心細緻地介紹酒店各項設施。這個房型的房間風景很美，房間大，乾淨。 酒店的温泉很多，有混浴，也有男女分別的，個人認為山水閣的最好。這裏的泉質很好，PH值9，妥妥的美人湯！ 酒店晚餐是日式的，很好吃！早餐是自助餐，品質優秀。餐廳服務非常好！ 酒店的插花很漂亮！"

"This is the best ever hotel I have ever been to in Japan. The name Richmond guarantees so many things. You can count on it. Even though it’s not in a big city like Tokyo or Osaka, but if you are visiting Morioka - choose this hotel. It worth every penny of yours. The staffs are so helpful, dedicated and dependable at anytime and any situation you need. All staffs say that their English are not good, but I who lived in London for many years would say that their skill is more than just okay. Even the housekeepers are still nice. I have some problems with my luggage transfers to the airport from the hotel and they are trying their best to help me alleviate those. There is a free service lounge from noon to 8pm in the 2nd floor. The microwave oven and ice machine on the 7th floor. The coin washing machine is also located on the 7th floor - 500 yens for wash and dry. Convenient store(Lawson) is on the ground floor with direct access from the lobby. I’ve stayed on the 9th floor. The room is big and the view of the station was fabulous. Free WiFi is available. And the TV system communicates with all the system of the hotel shows all the information you need - even the time left of the coin washing machine that you used. Yakiniku and many delicious restaurants just around the corner from the hotel. Definitely will stay here again anytime I visit Morioka."

"Cleanliness / Hygiene Perfect. The room and all areas were spotless every day – nothing to complain about. Location Perfect! Just a short, easy walk to Morioka Station, close to the canal (Nakatsu River area) for pleasant strolls, and a 7-11 right downstairs for food and drinks anytime. Staff / Service Very friendly staff – welcoming and helpful from start to finish. Room / Comfort Small (typical for Japan), but very comfortable bed and solid amenities. Slept great. Value for Money The price is very reasonable – excellent value for such a great location and quality. Would stay again – ideal spot for Morioka visitors!"

"We had a great experience with the ski trails and facilities—well-maintained and enjoyable. The hotel price is reasonable. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but still acceptable. The ski-in/ski-out access is a major plus. The shuttle bus makes it easy to get to Lawson for any essentials. The hotel has a dedicated Yamato counter, which is very convenient for sending gear to and from the hotel. However, there are no restaurants outside the hotel, and the dining options inside are quite pricey."

"well mantained old style onsen ryokan. both breakfsst and dinner are good! the night ramen is super delicious. And a very plus point, there are extra toilets on each floor, that is super convenient when needed"
