It's a brand new and the best hotel in Bac Ninh by far. It's a new hotel so they are figuring things out for service. Restuarant layout is not good, it's too spread out, fried eggs should be premade instead of asking for the cook to fry eggs for you. Overall it's clean and the food quality is good.

I got upgrade to a hugeee room with the panorama view over the city on the 6th floor. The service is great and the facilities are very new and modern, eventhough I only need the TV. The location is in central area, close to all places I needed to go, shopping, restaurant, everything. The staffs at the restaurant are wonderful. I told them I can eat gluten free products, and they even made dishes specifically for me. Too bad that I can only stay in for a day, but definitely I would stay here if I ever be back

這次入住體驗太驚喜了，必須給五星好評！ 床品舒適度直接拉滿，床單被罩潔白如新，沒有一絲褶皺，湊近聞還有淡淡的清香。床墊軟硬適中，枕頭蓬鬆飽滿，我這種頸椎不好的人也能睡得格外安穩，一夜無夢到天亮。 衞生方面更是無可挑剔，完全是“強迫症友好型”。房間裏的桌面、窗台用手摸上去沒有絲毫灰塵，衣櫃打開也沒有異味，衣架擺放得整整齊齊。衞生間尤其讓人驚艷，洗手枱、馬桶都擦拭得光亮潔凈，淋浴間玻璃沒有水漬殘留，連角落都看不到污漬，看得出來清潔格外用心。 整體環境讓人倍感舒心，一進房間就有清新空氣撲面而來，完全沒有異味。房間隔音效果很好，關上窗基本聽不到外界噪音，搭配柔和的燈光，營造出特別放鬆的氛圍。不管是商務出差還是休閑旅行，這裏都太合適了，下次來一定還選這家！

I checked in the hotel at 21:30 and found some broken in the bathroom. I noticed this issue but this hotel did not change my room. So, I should be waited for a long time (over 30 minutes) in the room. I cannot understand why they did not repair in advance. Someone can see the broken everyday.
