"Plenty of food around the hotel, there is a convenient store just on the ground floor of the hotel Smooth checkin. Full amenities provided with free helping at the checkin counter. Staff were pleasant and helpful to bring our luggages to the taxi. All within walking distance to Aomori station, A factory , Nebuta museum, Aspam. Great relaxing hotel."

"The location of the ryokan is ideal. It is beautiful and conveniently located along the MIchinoku Coastal Trail. The sunrises are spectacular. The facility is very clean, with shared bathroom and baths. The owner and staff are so kind and helpful and their effort to speak English was greatly appreciated. We arrived late in the evening the first night, past dinner time, but was offered food upon our arrival. The staff arranged for a cab to pick us up at 6 am the next morning to go to the Morning Market. There was hot water and delicious green tea bags available all the time. My daughter voiced that she wanted to see the senbei store/class in downtown Hachinoe. The staff went out of their way to arrange for us to have a private lesson with a senbei sensei who showed us how to make our own senbei, with different fillings. It was one of the highlights of our trip. Dinner was well balanced and delicious as was breakfast the next morning. There is a quaint train station across the street from the ryokan that took us to downtown Hachinoe at the end of our stay. We will definitely stay there again when we return."

"Mainly stayed here for ski in ski out convenience to Aomori Spring Ski Resort. Hotel rooms are sizeable for Japan standards. Got the full room and board with 2 meals provided, and buffet selection was decent variety. Lunch options there are limited choices but food is decent. There is also an onsen which was nice."

"March 26th 2025 - Japan had Gale wind advisory which means the wind gusts were strong enough to cause JR and other rail services to be impeded by delays. Unfortunately this delay caused us 8-10 hours of our time. We had no option but to stay the night in Aomori as past midnight there are no public transportation services other than taxi. From Shin Aomori to this hotel it cost us just around 1000 yen which was well worth it - considering it was cold and windy. The Hotel is located about 5-8 minute walk away from 7/11 and a Lawson, maybe 10-12 minutes from the Family Mart. This is a Port city so it is unique in a way I cannot describe. Its quiet, yet there are karaoke bars and regular bars open well past 2AM - this is different than most cities in Japan. The taxi service here is strong; we used Go Taxi. Uber eats is possible here as well as we ordered around 12:30 am and got our food within an hour from order time - everything made fresh and the restaurant was slightly further than found in bigger cities. The hotel’s amenities were outstanding- all sorts of skin care, the standard Japan amenities (comb, toothbrush, razor, head band for when you wash your face, cotton swabs, you name it they had it. Well i mean to convey the fact that even higher end hotels dont carry nearly as much. The staff was extremely helpful and efficient. Used Papago to translate and communicate and there was no issue. Last minute booking 70$ and I was impressed considering ive stayed in hotels triple the price with less room, poor cleanliness, and overall disappointment. Not this hotel, extremely great and happy my fate led me to this hotel."

"This is by far the best hotel as it’s new and just on top of JR station. It’s a wellness Center n spa, so it gives off a different vibe compared to other hotels. They have nice art collection along corridors at the spa level and it makes the place very classy and elegant. The onsen at level 6 is also very good n clean. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here and we look forward every evening for the onsen soak."

"The hotel was great and the view is unbeatable. The ”bath with a view” is incredible and relaxing. It's a bit further out of the already very small town than other locations, so you're going to be in for a 10 ish minute walk to anywhere except the beach. The hotel staff does not speak much English, but were very helpful all the same. The WiFi didn't really reach all the way to my room. Overall, great stay!"
