横浜アリーナのイベントで利用。チェックイン時の対応が大変良かったです⭐︎通常、どのホテルもイベント時のチェックインには時間が掛かりますが、早目の受付をして頂けラウンジ（朝食スペース）を利用・待機することが出来、この猛暑時において大変助かりました。ただ、待機者が増える度にエレベーターでは並ぶ必要があるんだろうなぁ…と思っていたのですが、チェックイン可能時間になると、スタッフの方が、宿泊階ごとにお声掛けをして下さり、これまたスムーズにエレベーターに乗りチェックインができました♪お陰様でイベントまでに一旦、着替えと休憩することができました！かなり以前に利用した際には、エレベーター付近で人が滞留して身動きが取れない状態でしたが、その点をスタッフの皆さんが日々工夫、改善をして下さったことに感謝です！また機会があれば利用したいと思います！どうぞ宜しくお願いします♪

It was really good to stay here for 4 nights - very convenient to travel and surrounded with many restaurants to chill out.

The staff at this hotel is incredibly accommodating and friendly, with a special mention for the housekeeper who not only kept things tidy but also brightened my day with warm greetings and a welcoming smile. However, I did notice some dust behind the TV. On the positive side, the location is excellent, making it a great choice for solo travelers. I was pleasantly situated near the bathhouse, which added to the overall convenience of the stay. However, it’s worth noting that I recommend against choosing a smoking room if you’re not a heavy smoker. The floor had a pervasive cigarette odor that was quite strong, and it felt like the scent clung to my clothes. Overall, it’s a decent hotel experience.

We really liked this hotel! The location is fantastic - it's right next to China Town and across the street from a beautiful park connected to Yokohama stadium. The area is lovely - we wish we stayed longer! The hotel exterior is very nice and the entrance is modern and welcoming. It's also attached to a Lawson which is convenient for late night snacks. We really enjoyed this place, will definitely come back next time we are in Yokohama!

Richmond otelinde kaldığım süre boyunca gerçekten mutluyum! Sadece bir gece kalmama rağmen, konaklamam olağanüstü konforluydu. Otel lobisindeki olanaklardan yararlanın ve yatak çok rahattı. Odanın büyüklüğü 1 kişi için tam uygundu. Otelin konumu tren istasyonuna yakın, son derece kullanışlı! Ayrıca caddenin hemen karşısında market ve 7 eleven var. Ayrıca otelin personelinin çok yardımsever, bilgili ve arkadaş canlısı olduğunu da belirtmek isterim! Giriş işlemleri hızlı ve personel Çince ve İngilizce konuşabiliyor. Acelem olduğu için personelin adını alamadım ama konaklamamı çok konforlu hale getirdikleri için onlara gerçekten minnettarım :)

Great hotel in a great area, really happy staying there although it’s slightly more pricey than others Nice view too

A great find for my New Years stay. Perfect location for both accessing Yokohama and central Tokyo, although the latter does take around 1hr to get to. But also a great place to access the nearby Mt Takao, Mt Jinba and the ridge trail along there. So, if you’re looking for a nice spot with access to the city and hiking opportunities, this will do the trick. Also, I’d like to not how amazing the staff were. Attentive and friendly. Plus, the food they prepared each morning—a part of the accommodation deal—was amazing! I’d highly recommend the Toyoko Inn.

The room is spacious for me to open my big luggage and yet still have room to walk around. Traditional looking receptionist and yet a modern feel hotel room. The train station is also quite near Haneda Airport. I will book this hotel again should I stay in Tokyo again.

Fantastic hotel but due to current renovations of the building it was a little difficult to find the lobby. Otherwise a relatively high end hotel which is really within walking distance of Kawasaki station.

Seyahatimin ilk harika oteli. Temiz odalar ve olanaklar. Yardımsever personel, ancak geç giriş yapmama rağmen harika bir konum. Benim için hızlı bir molaydı ama bar ve restoran da güzel görünüyordu. Odalar makul büyüklükte ve fiyatı uygun. Yokohama için harika merkezi bir konum.
