I paid extra cost to upgrade to the room with harbour view and the view was super. The room size is reasonable. Its location is great and if I travel to Yokohama next time, I will pick this hotel again.

My flight from KL landed earlier by 20 minutes. Once I got my luggage, I took an airport taxi to the hotel. It took just 10 minutes to get from Haneda T3, there was no traffic. Arrived at the hotel at about 10:40pm. Upon arrival, the night duty attendant checked me in. It was a very quick process, showed me my room, gave me wifi password, etc and that was it. Although the Hotel is only a 21-room hotel, where room size ranges between 158 sq ft to 355 sq ft, it is very well compensated by the hotel and hotel room’s cleanliness, attentive service and polite and proactive staff. Scherry, the Duty Manager, is a gem and is very knowledgeable of the area. She has given me tips on how to go around the neighbourhood, where to get food, and how to get to the Tokyo International Cruise Terminal, efficiently and cheaply. Thank you Scherry for your professionalism and service. So of you are planning to visit Tokyo and needed a hotel to stay close to Haneda airport (without breaking your bank balance) and before moving on to your next destination, like a cruise or further afield, I highly recommend that you try and stay at Hotel Imalle and look for Scherry. I am pretty sure she will look after you.

I stayed for just one night and everything seems ok until I asked for extra bottle of water in the morning. They brought me two bottles but one is completely opened before with the cap cracked a bit. First time ever encountered this very unacceptable service. The room delivery should be more careful and check carefully before delivery. The front desk keep saying the water is safe. However, who would drink from a half bottle? Who knows what’s the content inside? This is not the Hilton standard and nobody should dealt with situation like this.

The view from the room is beautiful, and the interior design is very elegant. There is a convenience store on the second floor of the same building, which is super convenient. It’s also very close to the subway station. I really loved staying here. If I visit Yokohama again, I would definitely choose to stay here again. And the breakfast is delicious too.

The hotel is not bad. I have stayed at other branches of the Comfort hotel chain before, but the one seems a bit older. There is a high step to get into the bathroom, which is a bit dangerous, and the bathroom ceiling is a bit low. For reference, I'm 1.66 m. Breakfast is decent, but dishes repeat every 2 days or so, and it can get very crowded as the dining area is small. The free drinks are a nice touch. Good area room stay in. Port, park, stadium, Chinatown, redbrick warehouse, etc. are all in walkable distance. There are decent food options around as well. The staff are nice and helpful! They even tucked my soft toy in while tidying the room :)

My stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. The service was friendly and efficient, and the staff always made sure I felt welcome. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and everything was easy to access. I especially appreciated how smooth the check-in and check-out process was. The food was tasty and fresh, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

寝るだけなのでドミトリーを選び、あまり期待はしていませんでした。 しかし、ベッドの上にタオル(バスタオルとフェイスタオル)や浴衣、歯ブラシ、耳栓が用意されてました。 お風呂には洗顔・シャンプー・ボディソープはもちろん、コットンやヘアブラシや化粧水・乳液もあり、ホテルとなんら変わりませんでした。 大浴場の明かりが点滅していたのが少し気になりました。 シャンプー・ボディソープは2種類あり、1つは香りが良かったです。 個人的には大浴場に水が置いてあったのが好印象です。 2段ベッドの上だったので、下や横の人が動くとかなり揺れました。自分も動く時はなるべくゆっくりするように心がけました。 事前に口コミを見て行ったので、夜ご飯はコンビニで買いました。 外国の方もいて、部屋で話してる声が聞こえてくることもありましたが、夜中に騒いだりする人はいなかったので、で比較的快適に過ごせました。 時間帯にもよるのか、ネットが少し繋がりにくいです。 今度また箱根に来る時も利用したいです。

Japonya seyahatim sırasında kaldığım en temiz, en ferah ve en şık oteldi. Yokohama'yı ziyaret eden herkese bu oteli tavsiye ederim. Ancak odada su yoktu ve su arıtma cihazından su almak için dışarı çıkmak zorundaydınız ki bu inanılmaz derecede rahatsız ediciydi. Konumu Yokohama İstasyonu'na yakındı, bu yüzden yaklaşık 15 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindeydi, bu da beklediğimden daha uzun geldi. Banyo tipik bir iş oteli gibiydi. Bunun dışında, otelin güzel bir lobisi vardı ve kahvaltısının iyi olduğunu duydum (denemedim). Hemen alt katta bir Seven Lunch Box ve havaalanına giden bir otobüs vardı (emin değilim... teyit etmem gerek). TV izlemek için Netflix mevcuttu, bu güzeldi. En önemlisi, lobideki konsiyerj çok yardımcı oldu. Ayrıca iş seyahatleri için harika bir yer gibi görünüyordu. Yemekler lezzetliydi ve birçok Japon öğle yemeği için geldi. Bu otel, Yokohama'nın sofistike şehir havasını yansıtıyor. Yanında LG binası da var (giriş yaptıktan sonraki gün ABD'de insanların gözaltına alındığına dair haberler duydum, bu bana tuhaf geldi). Yan taraftaki bina olan KT (tamamen farklı bir şirket olmasına rağmen) da hoş bir manzaraydı. Etrafta dolaşmak için harika bir yer, bu yüzden limana gidip gelmek için sabah koşusu için mükemmel. Yokohama'ya döndüğümde tekrar burada kalmayı planlıyorum.

This is the hotel I will definitely stay when need overnight at Shinyokohama. The hotel right in Shinyokohama station is very convenient, many shop & restaurants around by walking distance only. Room very quiet & cosy. Hotel got free drink bar so 👍🏻 Front desk staff can speak in English so easy us any enquiry 👍🏻 Will definitely stay again.
