Even though we requested a change of linen by putting a Hilton instruction card on the bed, the cleaning staff refused to do so. He or she even threw the card on the ground pretending not to heed the request. This was blatant dereliction of duty.

Hôtel simple mais accueil très agréable; le monsieur de l’accueil est incroyablement gentil et attentionné, le soir comme au petit déjeuner où il est proche de ces clients. Un grand merci à lui. La femme de ménage est également très sympathique.

Bonne expérience, hotel luxueux, ancien palais de justice, proche de la gare et visite du château. Nous sommes venus pour la piscine et hammam, vous serez heureux de ce choix ! Salle de jeux conviviale pour les familles, très bon accueil, merci. Nous reviendrons

The location was fantastic, right by the La Loire and main Tram line to the North and South. Very helpful staff members and cosy, comfortable experience at the end of the day.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, très bien situé si vous comptez faire la visite des châteaux de Chambord ou Cheverny 😉 Tout était nickel, de l'accueil très chaleureux à la propreté et aux services offerts.

Je voulais une chambre pas chère pour passer une nuit la veille de mon emménagement. La réception est au campanile en face(pas évident quand il fait nuit). Chambre correct, lit double confortable, bureau, petit coin toilette avec lavabo. La douche est commune sur le palier (je devais partir très tôt pour accueillir les déménageurs, pas eu le temps de prendre ma douche donc je n’ai pas vu l’état). Petit déjeuner au campanile (je suis partie à 6h donc il n’était pas encore servi je n’avais pas réservé). Dans l’ensemble bon rapport qualité/prix pour passer une nuit (27€ que demander de plus pour ce prix), apparemment hôtel de passage pour les routiers et commerciaux.

Calidad precio correcto. Hotel para corta estancia, esta conservado pero le falta algo de limpieza a fondo y mantenimiento. La cama comoda., solo pasamos una noche , paramos para descansar a mitad de un largo viaje y era económico y tenía lo suficiente para descansar y continuar.

Unfortunately for me, I have travelled when it was super hot outside and the air-conditioning was not working at all. The hotel had no solution for me, other than to give me a fan that was ventilating the hot air from the room. I have requested to change the room, but they claim that it was fully booked. I would have left somewhere else but it was already late in the evening and I was tired from the road.

Sencillo y cómodo para pasar una noche de mitad de un largo recorrido. Cercano a la autopista, con parking gratuito. El baño es de cabina de plástico, por lo que puede parecer no muy limpio por las marcas que van quedándose en el plástico, pero estaba desinfectado. Cama cómoda, habitación amplia. Servicio de desayuno desde muy temprano. También hay máquina expendedora y de café (durante mi estancia no funcionaba, pero te ofrecían café por 1,5€ de la barra del desayuno) también había un microondas a disposición de los clientes. Las dos personas de recepción fueron amables en todo momento, una de ellas hablaba español.
